Abstract
The idea of fruits battery had been discovered for a long time ago. The reading of voltage and current
in fruits had been proved by using multimeter. However, the value of electrical current that produced
by citrus fruit can be predict using mathematical method. The purpose of this project is to determine
which citrus fruits produce the most electricity. The characteristics of citrus fruits with high vitamin C,
fragrant aroma, thick and juicy flesh, and high of acidic content are the factor that can conduct the
electricity and capable to be the power sources. This process can be used to find how much citrus
fruits needed to power up small application without using the real experiment. The LRC series circuits
which consists of inductor, resistor, capacitor and citrus fruits was set up to record the value of electric
current. The highest electric current from the selected citrus fruit will use to predict the value of
electric current by using the Kirchhoff’s second law.
