Figure 6
Functional Suitability

The table 3 and figure 6 above is the functional suitability of the system. It has 3 criteria.

The first criteria is the functional completeness where the system is 100% working, The second

criteria is the functional correctness that refers to the input and output of the system wherein the

users can login and view their predicted course based on the grades input by the school admin.

The third criteria is the functional appropriateness of the system where is the functions have

accomplished the specified task and objectives. The table and figure above is based on the survey

conducted to the users.

criteria is the appropriateness recognizability of the system where the users can recognize

whether the system is appropriate for their needs. The second criteria is the learnability where the

quality of the system and the interfaces allow the users

quickly become familiar with them and able to make good use of all the features and capabilities.

The third criteria is the operability where the ability to keep an equipment or a whole industrial

installation in a safe and reliable functioning condition. The fourth criteria is the user error

protection where the system users error can recover quickly. The fifth criteria is the user

44
interface aesthetics where the users attractiveness met. The sixth criteria is the accessibility

where the quality of being able to use by people with the widest range of characteristics and

capabilities of the system requirements are met. This feedback is based from the survey

conducted to the users.

is the confidentiality where the requirements needed are met where the system can ensure that

the data are accessible only to those authorized to have access to the system. The second criteria

is the integrity where the system prevents unauthorized access or modification where the action

or events can be proven to have taken place so that the events or actions cannot be repudiated.

The fourth criteria is the accountability where the system actions to an entity can be traced

uniquely to the entity which is met by the system. The fifth criteria is the authenticity where the

Maintainability

The table 12 and figure 15 is the Maintainability. It has 5 criteria. The modularity this

criteria explains on how the system can be flexible to use. Analyzability, the ability of the system

in analyzing the data or the info that the user enter inside the system. Reusability, The ability of

the system to be used again repeatedly.

Modifiability, the ability of the system that can modify or limit/restricting of the 52
system.

Testability is the criteria that explains how the system works, being tested/if it is working.

and figure 16 above is

the Portability of the system. It has 3 criteria. Adaptability, the system is able to change in order

to fit and to work the system better. It has the ability to adapt. Instability, the system's instability
53
is not stable enough, the consistency has a tendency to change. Replaceability, The system's job

is to place new information is good enough to restore and to replace new and old data.
