RESOLUTION NO. 2022-002

A RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING THE SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN

(SIP) TO THE LOCAL SCHOOL BOARD (LSB) OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF
TUBAY, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE AS THE BASIS FOR
PRIORITIZATION OF PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS THEREOF

WHEREAS, an enhanced School Improvement Plan (SIP) is a road map that lays
down specific interventions that a school will undertake within a period of three
consecutive school years;
WHEREAS, SIP strengthens shared governance by providing opportunities
where the school and community stakeholders collaboratively plan and identify
interventions to address priority improvement areas;
WHEREAS, pursuant to DO 26, s. 2022, known as Implementing Guidelines of
the Establishment of the School Governance Council specifies the function of SGC to
communicate to the SPT and project teams the learners' and stakeholders' feedback
and satisfaction on the physical and financial accomplishment of the SIP and Annual
Implementation Plans (AIP) and provide recommendations on improving efficiency and
quality of the school services;
WHEREAS, the SGC shall recommend to the school, as well as to the LGU
through the Local School Board (LSB) to strengthen support of and relationship with the
LGU, relevant local school programs and projects consistent with national policies or
needs-based, data-driven, gender-responsive and inclusive interventions affecting
learners' rights in education and their welfare;

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Engr. Joy Mark P. Ybañez, SGC Vice

Chairperson, unanimously seconded by all the members present; it was;

RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED to RECOMMEND THE SCHOOL

IMPROVEMENT PLAN (SIP) TO THE LOCAL SCHOOL BOARD (LSB) OF
THE MUNICIPALITY OF TUBAY, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL NORTE AS
THE BASIS FOR PRIORITIZATION OF PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS
THEREOF.

 RESOLVED FINALLY to transcribe a copy of this Resolution to the Local
School Board (LSB) of the Municipality of Tubay, Province of Agusan del Norte
for information and appropriate action;

CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
