My Life in a Nutshell

Don't judge a book by its cover as what they say.

Life was perfect for me day by day.
My classmates would say wow she must play all day.
But did life treat me in a good way?

The story of my life was a roller coaster ride.

One word I would describe my life was I always tried.
My parents always tell me to be kind and so I obliged.
As a child, I was not misguided since my parents would provide.

Life wasn't cruel to me but my parents were quite strict.

I wasn't the best child since most of the time we wouldn't click.
If it weren't for their strictness I could have not been equipped.
Atleast now I unzipped 1/4 of my life's script.

In a child's eyes, they see perfection but I see pain.

The pain in my heart and soul I tried to contain.
You know how love is it cannot be explained.
I have no regrets since this is how my life entailed.
