Confidentiality agreement

I hereby confirm in my capacity as an employee in OC Company that I agree to comply with the standards
of confidentiality by not disclose any information related to the confidential information document such as
but not limited to:

 Personal and payroll

 Budget, Business, financial departmental reports
 Correspondence, contracts, strategic and planning reports
 Surveys and internal audit reports
 Information about business plans and nonpublic financial data
 Stock Market related information
 Computer system passwords and security codes
 Own salaries and compensation data.

In case I disclose this agreement, I will be subjected tp disciplinary action accprdingly.
