Sub:- Case with Labour Court by Mr. Md. Murad Hassan Jony, Ex Civil Engineer.

Fact :- Mr. Murad Hassan Jony, Civil Engineer lost his service due to negligence of his duty specially on
26.01.2022 then he suspended from work immediately. Out of his norm he go to office (Admin) and Mr. Jony
make a occurrence, he take picture of attendance register with his telephone. At that time AGM Mr. Saiful
Islam reached there and forces him why he takes the picture. He ordered him to delete the picture but he
refused to delete. Then AGM snatched his mobile and for delete the picture. Then Jony left the office leaving his
Mobile and went to Police station for General Diary.

At evening O. C of Mirzapur P.S came for investigation at our factory. They investigated and found that the
activities of Mr. Jony is unofficial. AGM hand over the mobile phone of Jony to Investigation team .

Then a Show cause notice has been issud on 27.01.2022 with registered post. But not respond. Later on an
enquiry team constituted for this issue. But not responded. After enquiry report he is discharged from the
service on 07/03/2022.

Mr. Murad Hassan Jony, Civil Engineer has been submitted an application to Labour Court on 20/03/2022

On 29.08.2022 Mr. Abdullah-al-Mamun, labour Inspector (General), office of the Inspector of factories, Old
Rajuk Bhaban, Dhaka visited our head office then he issued a letter no. 10769 dated 13.09.2022 for
implementation 8 (eight) point of Labour Law, 2006 and Labour Act, 2015. In the meantime no.4 out of eight
has been adopted in our office with effect from 25.09.2022.

2nt time a letter no. 11791 has been issued on 02.10.2022 wherein they requested to submit implementation
report of 8 (Eight) point, with prove.

On 11.10.2022 I am instructed to visit Office of the Inspector of Factories to solve the issues. The under signed
has been visited Office of the Inspector of Factories on 13.10.2022 and meet with Mr. Abdullah Al Mamun,
Inspector of Factories (General) and Mr. Mizanur Rahman, Inspector of Factories. After long discussion I came to
knew that complainer Mr. Murad Hassan Jony. Now it is clear that Mr. Murad Hassan Jony was reffered by Mr.
Rezaul Karim Ronju, Gas Line Contructor. I called Mr. Ronju on 16.10.2022 in front of Director Mohammad Saiful
Huda Chowdhury. After discussion he asked to withdraw the prayer from Inspector of Factories mentioning that
there is no claim with Shirin Spinning mills Ltd. When the copy of withdrawn letter produced to us then we
settled his final dues.

We asked Mr. Ronju please provide the claim amount of Jony. Then he send a statement which are as follows: -

1. Due Salary of January, 2022 23,000/-


2. Service Benefit (13800 X 5) 69,000/-
3. Notice pay 55,200/- (Quistionable)
4. Earn Leave 40 days 30,666/-
5. Voucher Due (5000 X 4 + Bonus 2500/-) 22,500/- (Quistionable)
