RFID ATTENDEE TRACKING

Using our solution, we automate the attendee


tracking process and capture accurate records
of which professionals attended each event
session or lecture ( meaning Continuing
Educational Units are genuinely accredited ).

Most licensed professionals such as nurses,


teachers, social workers and doctors require
CEUs in order to maintain a professional
license. This makes CEU’s critical to a
professional’s job.

An RFID reader is placed at the entrance and


exit of the session room which will provide the
event organizers with accurate records of
which professionals attended.

The main advantage of deploying RFID


technology is the improvement of people flow
into each session which in turn, creates a
better attendee event experience.
AUTOMATED CERTIFICATE GENERATION

Our system is designed to fully automate the certification &


accreditation process. The fully customized and personalized
certificates can be used for Continuing Education Units within
healthcare events ( generating genuinely accredited
certificates )
If your event offers CEU’s such as CPD,CME,CNE or CPE we
have got it covered.

Following the event, we will publish an online portal where


attendees can request their certificate. Once logged in, each
attendee will be able to download their personalized
certificate (PDF) detailing their attendance figure.

In addition, we have created an fully online portal to track


every certificate that has been generated, meaning each
attendee has one central location where their certificates are
stored from past events.

ABSTRACT POSTER SUBMISSION MANAGEMENT

In the past abstract & poster management was a time consuming and manual
task however we have designed a fully automated platform to streamline the
process. Say goodbye to multiple USBs and long spreadsheets!

Depending on your requirements – we can offer the following features:

 Submissions – Users set up an account and submit an abstract / poster


within an allotted time frame. Custom questions can be added and users
can be restricted to only upload in a particular format. Users can log back
into their accounts to amend their submission if they require.

 Evaluations – Multiple reviews are possible depending on the


requirements. Each reviewer / judge will be set up with an account and will
be allocated certain submissions to review. This is all done online.
Depending on the evaluation criteria, the judge will score each submission
and quickly move onto the next submission to review.

 Reporting – Full back end access provides detailed reports on the status
of each submission / review. The admin area provides the ability to
allocate submissions for review, add judges, download submissions and
review scores.

 Submission Voting – We also offer the ability for your event audience to
vote for particular submissions via a dedicated web based platform or the
mobile event app.
