MINUTES OF THE MEETING

PART I: ARRIVAL

Arrival of the School Planning Team consist of the Head Teachers, Master
Teachers, Curriculum Coordinators, Teachers and Non-teaching staff, SPTA-
President and SSG-President/ Checking of Attendance
The Head teachers, Master Teachers, Curriculum Coordinators, teachers
filled out the attendance sheet. The meeting commenced at exactly 1:00 p.m.

PART II: PRELIMINARIES

Act of Nationalism............................................................National Anthem (AVP)

The attendees expressed their patriotism through singing of the Philippine

National Anthem.

Invocation ……………………………………………….........................….PRAYER (AVP) 

After the singing of Lupang Hinirang, a prayer was delivered through AV

Presentation.

Statement of Quality………………………..............JOHN RALPH T. BAGAIN/HT-I

John Ralph T. Bagain, HT-I, led the vision sharing activity which was participated
in by the Head Teachers, Master Teachers, Curriculum and Deaprtment
coordinators, Teaching and non-teaching personnel and stakeholders: SPTA-
President Aurelio Coleto, SSG-President Queenie Asingayan. As part of the SPT,
they aer the persons responsible of carrying out the DepEd vision and mission and
core values, in providing leadership in the development and implementation of all
educational programs and projects in the school and most importantly, they play a
vital role in achieving the government’s aim to provide quality basic education.

Marilou N. Rapanut, HT-III presented the attendance sheet accomplished by the

attendees. She reminded all the attendees how relevant their roles are in the
achieving the aim of the Department to provide quality basic education.

Welcome Address ………………………………..…..…TENDRIX A. ASUNCION/HT-V

Tendrix A. Asuncion, HT-V warmly welcomed all the attendees of the School
Planning Team Conference. She told everyone that having competent learners is not
impossible if parents and stakeholders together with the teachers go hand in hand
in carrying out the programs, projects and activities of the school.

Statement of Purpose …………………………..…..…EVA L. CARONAN/HT-I

Eva L. Caronan, HT-I stated the purpose of the School Improvement Planning. She
stressed that SIP seeks to provide those involved in school planning an evidence-
based, systematic approach with the point of view of the learner as the starting
point. Ultimately, it is envisioned to help schools reach the goal of providing access
to quality education.

Peter A. Batarao, the principal of Tumauini NHS, moved all the attendees of the
message and inspired

Deliberation of first and second Agendum…
Peter A. Batarao discussed the overview of Enhanced School Improvement Plan
(SIP) and the Identifying Key and Immediate Challenges & Interventions

Deliberation of third, fourth and last Agendum…

John Ralph T. Bagain, Head Teacher I, discussed the Alignment of the Four Pillars
of the Basic Education Development Plan (BEDP) 2030 to PPAs. In addition to this,
he also shared the existing PPAs of the school then challenged the teaching and
non-teaching staff to start working on their own projects making sure they are in
accordance with the discussed pillars.

“I am encouraging you all to start rolling up your sleeves and get down to work.
Alam ko magagaling tayong lahat at kayang-kaya nating gumawa ng mga project at
programs para sa ikabubuti pa ng ating paaralan at serbisyo sa ating mag-aaral,”
said Bagain.

Also, to ensure that the school will meet its deadline in submitting its SIP, Bagain
assigned teaching and non-teaching staff per chapter.
