The Hon’ble C.M. of A.P is in ‘Z Plus” category with BP Car (.) Request to make necessary security and
bandobust arrangements as per “Z Plus” scale with BP Car (.) Unit Officers concerned are requested to
provide all security arrangements including sufficient number of armed guards at all important
places where VIP stays for considerable time and take all necessary security measures while on
movement as per the ‘Z Plus” scale security cover (.) Proper road openings of the route should be
ensured (.) Ensure strict Access Control and thorough Anti-Sabotage Checks at the places of stay, en-route
and functions (.) No unchecked and unidentified person should be allowed within the proximity of the VIP (.)
All the Lodges and places of hide outs checking may be conducted (.) While the VIP Programme is in
progress vehicle checking to be organized on all the roads leading to the venue to check
movement/activities of undesirable elements (.)
Unit Officers concerned are requested to make necessary security arrangements as per the guidelines

The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh is facing specific threat from Left Wing Extremist Elements,
Terrorist elements, Fundamentalist elements and general threat from organized Criminal gangs and Anti
social elements (.)
Request to refer this office Circular ID. No. 2499/VS.2/2007, dated 18.07.2007 regarding providing of
“Convoy Protection Vehicle” in the Hon’ble CM’s convoy to prevent intrusion by four wheelers and two
wheelers into the convoy (.) It is also instructed to issue suitable instructions to all the concerned to take
necessary steps to prevent heavy crowd and jostling in the vicinity of Hon’ble CM of AP and also to ensure
that no one in the crowd pushes the Hon’ble CM in their enthusiasm to meet him/greet him during the visits
(.) It is requested to provide police drivers and full tank of fuel to all the security box vehicles for the above
visit (.)
Precautions may be taken against LWEs, Anti Social Elements and ISI Sponsored fundamentalists as per the
instructions communicated vide this office I.D. No.4051/IS-1/2009, dated 09.06.2009 (.) Armed guard
should be posted to the Aircraft when stationed (.) Where ever necessary, it is requested to depute an
officer not below the rank of DSP to collect fuel samples at the time re-fuelling in their respective
jurisdictions (.)
Care shall be taken to prevent flying of drone or UAVs nearby VIP’s aircraft and any place of HCM's
movement (.)
Unit Officers concerned and IGP, SIB are requested to organize spotters/surveillance to keep a watch
over movements of active extremist elements from banned organisation, LWE UG cadres, Fundamentalist
organisations etc. (.) Further, it is suggested to maintain surveillance over current location, movements and
suspicious activities of local surrendered LWE cadres, sympathizers and militia (.)
District Medical & Health Officers concerned are requested to provide an ambulance with full equipment,
Doctors, trained medical staff, required medicines, sufficient quantity of compatible blood, etc. during road
journeys to meet any medical emergency (.) Unit officers are requested to ensure provision of an ambulance
in convoy in their respective jurisdictions (.)
Action should be taken to ensure purity of food, water, beverages etc. supplied to the VIP. They should be
tested by scientists of FSL (.)
In addition to the above, ensure the strict maintenance of COVID-19 protocol and maintenance of social
distance to avoid the spreading of COVID-19 pandemic.
Unit Officers are also requested to send Post Coverage Report in the prescribed proforma (given in
Compendium on VIP Security Part –I (Page 214) (.)

Foolproof security measures should be made (.) The blood group of the Hon’ble CM of AP is ‘O’ positive (.)
