WALK THE EXTRA MILE!

Choose 3 concepts of Bandura's social learning theory then state how you will apply these concepts when
you teach. Use the table below for this purpose.

3 key Concepts of Albert Bandura How I will apply in my teaching

1. Learning by Observing 1.1 I will use proper words inside the class. I will
not use offensive words.

1.2 I as a teacher will serve as a good example in

obeying the school roles.

2. Learning by imitating 2.1 I will read the word first before i let my
learners recite what i had utter.

2.2 I will let my learners imitate the actions that i

made and give them a reward if they copied it
correctly. This action will enhance their sensory
motor.

3. Learning by modelling 3.1 I will model what is good and appropriate

behavior.

3.2 I will compliment my class for doing a good

action for them to become motivated in doing it.

1. What are the five parts of lesson Plan? Describe each part.
The 5 parts of lesson Plan are the Objectives, Content, Learning materials, Procedure and
additional activities.
 Objectives should answer what students will be capable of doing in the end of the lesson.
Objectives use SMART criteria, they should be Specific, Measurable, Attainable,
Relevant and Time based.
 Content includes specific matter includes the specific topic.
 Learning materials the part where you can see the sources, references and materials to be
used in the discussion.
 Procedure makes up the body of the lesson Plan. An explanation of how the lesson
progress step by step. Procedure consist of the introduction,Modelling,Guided practice,
Group practice and independent practice.
 Additional Activities this include the assignment or homework to the learners so that we
can really identify what they learned.
2. Give the importance of lesson Planning to a teacher.
Lesson Planning is very important in classroom. For it makes the best use of the time and ensures
that it gives the teacher the outline to follow to make the lesson performed effectively. To become
an effective teacher you must know what lesson you will be teaching and it also includes the need
of research and study the topic of your future lesson. It will help you gain the knowledge that is
needed to perform well in demonstrating your lesson.
3. As a future educator, how can you teach arts to 21st century learner?
As a future educator I will teach arts to 21st century learner by following the curriculum guide of
the DepEd. And I will add interesting activities that would help them build their interest in Arts. I
will let them feel that learning arts is fun and I want them to believe that arts signifies beauty and
creativity.

HOWARD GARDNER'S THEORY OF

MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCES
1. The Nature and scope of TLE
TLE by its nature is dominantly a skill subject hence the teacher must engage the student in
an experiential, contextualized and authentic teaching learning process. TLE has the best
features that students could avail for their best benefits.
Scope of TLE is divided into 4 major standards these includes Agri-fishery arts, Home
economics, Industrial arts, and information communication Technology (ICT).
2. Curriculum framework of TLE
TLE Department aims to develop critical thinking, self reliance, independence, culture
sensitivity and entrepreneurship in the students by enhancing their skills in the different uses
of technology and application of life skill.
3. The legal basis of teaching EPP and TLE
The legal basis of teaching EPP and TLE is the 1987 Constitution Article II section 17 it is
declared policy of state to give priority to education, arts, culture and sports to foster
patriotism and nationalism, accelerate social progress and promote total reinforcement and
Development.

1. Differentiate Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligence
2. As a future educator why is it important to learn Howard Gardner’s
Theory of Multiple Intelligences?
3. According to Howard Gardner’s Theory, How can you assess yourself?

Now that I am aware of Gardner’s Theory of multiple intelligences, I can now organize
my studies and learn in different methods, and engage exploration. I am now able to
recognize my strengths. I learn that each of us is unique. The theory motivated me to
look for more effective approaches to make my performance better.

The IQ test was once thought to be the “Gold standard” for assessing
intelligence, but it does not account for all of the ways a child can excel. As
a future educator it is important to learn Howard Gardner’s theory like this
certain situation, A child struggles with math does not mean they will
struggle with art or socialization as well. Learning the theory was a way to
learn the different intelligences of my future student. Understanding the
different intelligences of a learner will make it easier to find strategize to
enhance their intelligences and it will make them learn better.
