Crime Investigative Analyst (CIA)

Job Description
General Summary
Analyze information that allows to understand, mitigate, and eliminate threats which
engage in work ranging from counterterrorism to organized crime, and beyond other
criminal offenses.
Specific Job Duties:

• Analyze intelligence collected around the world in order to identify threats and
make decisions.
• Develop assessments based on all available information.
• Develop relationships, manage networks, and facilitate information sharing with
contacts in the intelligence and law enforcement community.
• Apply knowledge of a specific region's culture, history, and language to combat
and stay ahead of threats.

General Requirements and Skills:

• Earned at least a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice or a related field


• Must have work or volunteer experience in criminal justice or law enforcement to
be competitive in securing a job in this field.
• Proven work experience as an Intelligence Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical skills to review lots of research and reports
• Strong critical thinking skills to piece together different data points
• Knowledge and understanding of different cultures and regions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant training and/or certifications as an Intelligence Analyst
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Ability to cope with the demands of working in a high pressure, classified
environment
• Must have Filipino Citizenship

Work conditions and environment:


Work in normal offices and in normal office environments. But frequently have to work
extra hours as per management requirements and needs. This job may require a lot of
traveling to present reports or presentations at shareholder meetings or different law
enforcement offices.

Salary and benefits:


The average salary range is between PHP 507,863 and PHP 894,632, depends on the
experience and status. CIA generally receive typical benefits like health and life
insurance, paid vacations and a pension plan. In addition, some may receive additional
training as needed and bonuses.
