DIVORCE NOTES:

GALIZA

isang matrimonial culpability. Matrimonial offence means any ground upon which relief
can be granted by the court.

Divorce - A divorce is a legal action between married people to terminate their marriage
relationship. It can be referred to as dissolution of marriage and is basically, the legal
action that ends the marriage before the death of either spouse.

DAVID
According to various studies, the three most common causes of divorce are conflict,
arguing, irretrievable breakdown in the relationship, lack of commitment, infidelity, and
lack of physical intimacy. The least common reasons are lack of shared interests and
incompatibility between partners.

several negative impacts are behind divorce on different life aspects. Juvenile are the
almost affected in terms of school performance, relationships, behavior, health, etc.
Divorce plays a huge role in a child’s lifestyle who will be growing up between a
divorced couple and two different homes as it may activate their emotional feelings
about the situation. It may affect their future lifestyle, relationships and may destroy their
physical development in many ways. Due to the wide spreading of divorce I believe that
marriage should be restricted by rules and policies. For example; a specific age should
be set by the government to approve the marriage. For example; a specific age should
be set by the government to approve the marriage. In other words, young adults or
teenagers should be forbidden from marriage because of their irresponsibility and
immaturity. Moreover I believe that some sort of maturity test should be conducted
before approving the marriage. These procedures are to avoid divorce and protect
juvenile’s from its downsides.

ORTEGA
Kahit gaano man kasagrado ang kasal at
On the other hand, maraming tao
”In sickness and in health, till death do us part.” this will not
always apply in real life.

Divorce is not technically impossible for everyone in the Philippines, for Muslims who
make up at least 6 per cent of the country's population, this procedure is allowed. That
is because Muslim-Filipinos adhere to a separate legal system called Code of Muslim
Personal Law. This presidential decree allows divorce as “the formal dissolution of the
marriage bond … to be granted only after the exhaustion of all possible means of
reconciliation between the spouses.” So how about the Catholics who make up majority
of the country? If they're patient and financially secure, they can go through the long
and hauling process of annulment. Although it is theoretically impossible for everyone in
the Philippines to get a divorce, it is legal for Muslims, who account for at least 6% of
the population. This is due to the fact that Muslim Filipinos follow a unique legal code
known as the Code of Muslim Personal Law. In accordance with this presidential order,
divorce is defined as "the legal dissolution of the marriage bond... to be granted only
after the exhaustion of all feasible avenues of reconciliation between the spouses."
What about the majority of the country, which is Catholic? They can endure the arduous
annulment process if they are persistent and financially stable.

CAPAGALAN
Divorce, or "dissolution of marriage," is the legal termination of the marital relationship.
The divorce process is handled by family law attorneys (each estranged spouse retains
his or her own counsel) and involves a number of issues, ranging from division of
property to child custody. While it's important to hire a lawyer who is skilled and
knowledgeable, it is also crucial to find an attorney with whom you feel comfortable on a
personal level. Divorce is generally an intensely emotional process, requiring delicate
people skills in addition to legal know-how. In some limited cases, completing a divorce
without hiring a lawyer may make sense, as long as neither party has representation,
and there are no minor children involved (FindLaw sells do-it-yourself divorce
packages). But most divorces, particularly those involving dependent children and/or
complicated property issues, go more favorably with the counsel of a divorce attorney.
And if your estranged spouse has an attorney, it's always wise to hire one yourself.

COCHING
Divorce is the end of a marriage after a husband and wife have signed papers to
dissolve their marriage. Divorce is defined as to legally dissolve a marriage. An example
of divorce is a wife telling her husband she wants to end their marriage. The legal
dissolution of a marriage.

The first thing Catholics should know is that divorce is not a sin that should keep a
divorced Catholic from receiving the sacraments. A divorced or separated person is not
excommunicated and is still a Catholic in good standing. The only reason for
excommunication after divorce is remarriage without going through the annulment
process. The Church—the institution as well as the individuals—needs to minister to the
millions of divorced Catholics by both changing ingrained attitudes and reaching out in
love. Yes, the Church is and should be pro-marriage, but, like its Lord, it must also love
and support those whose marriages have failed. It’s a fine line to walk, but it is
necessary.

REVECHE
The Philippines is the only country, aside from the Vatican, that outlaws absolute
divorce. The Catholic hierarchy grants canonical dissolution of marriage while all other
Catholic countries recognize absolute divorce in varying degrees of liberality. The bill
reinstates absolute divorce because it was previously practiced by pre-Spanish Filipinos
and also during the American era and Japanese occupation. Lagman also added that
“notwithstanding the adoption of the 1987 Constitution of the precepts that marriage is a
social institution and the foundation of the family is inviolable, the Commissioners of the
1986 Constitutional Commission were unanimous that the Congress is not prohibited or
precluded from instituting absolute divorce and dissolution of marriage under the current
Charter”.

Para saakin ang divorce is a way para mabawasan or maiwasan yung victim ng
domestic violence, between sa mag partner.
isa. Legal na paghihiwalay yung divorce and it is permanent so wala nang bisa ang
kasal.

MATANDAC

SULIT
Divorce is the legal or religious dissolution of marriage by agreement between the
members of a couple or for violation of any of the rights or obligations of marriage.
Historically, the decision to divorce was frowned upon by society because for many,
marriage was a union that should last a lifetime. In recent decades, however, this
concept has changed and today divorce is a normal choice for those relationships that
do not work.

DAPDAP
divorce formally dissolves a legal marriage. While married couples do not possess a
constitutional or legal right to divorce, states permit divorces because to do so best
serves public policy. To ensure that a particular divorce serves public policy interests,
some states require a "cooling-off period," which prescribes a time period after legal
separation that spouses must bear before they can initiate divorce proceedings.

BULOSAN
In Christianism, the sacrament of marriage is a sacred commitment. It is believed based
on Matthew 19:6 that when a man and a woman marry, they become one flesh, and no
man, not even the law, can separate them. That is why divorce is considered a sin in
Christianity. Divorce was made to separate a married couple when they wanted to or
when a part of that marriage wanted it. It does not have to be one's fault for the divorce
to happen. However, divorce as a "sin" is just Christianity's belief. It does not have an
unethical reason why it is a sin.

SALADA
Divorce, also known as dissolution of marriage, is the termination of a marriage or
marital union, the cancellation or reorganization of the legal duties and responsibilities
of marriage, thereby severing the bonds of marriage. between spouses under the law of
a particular country or state. Common motives for divorce are irreconcilable differences,
adultery, emotional, mental abuse, lack of communication and financial troubles.

BALDERAS
