CLO 1 & 2 - TUGASAN INDIVIDU (20%)

SOALAN

Hutang sesebuah kerajaan menunjukkan liabiliti kewangan sektor kerajaan. Perubahan dalam
hutang kerajaan dari semasa ke semasa mencerminkan terutamanya pinjaman disebabkan defisit
kerajaan yang lalu. Defisit berlaku apabila perbelanjaan kerajaan melebihi pendapatan kerajaan.
Namun begitu, kedudukan fiskal negara Malaysia pada masa kini masih kukuh dan hutang
kerajaan berada di tahap terkawal, iaitu di bawah 65 peratus daripada KDNK. Pelbagai usaha
juga telah diambil oleh kerajaan untuk menambahbaik hasil negara seperti penubuhan
Jawatankuasa Pembaharuan Cukai (TRC) pada 2018 dan penyesuaian amalan terbaik
antarabangsa.

Sebagai seorang pegawai kewangan, cadangkan SATU (1) projek kepada kerajaan untuk
meningkatkan pendapatan negara. Projek anda perlu mempunyai maklumat seperti di bawah;

• Tugasan ini berbentuk individu.
• Panjang tugasan minimum 5 muka surat (tidak termasuk muka depan tugasan, rujukan dan
lampiran). Huruf – Times New Roman, saiz 11 & langkau 1.5.
• Tugasan pelajar perlu disimpan dalam bentuk PDF dan dimuat naik ke dalam platform yang
disediakan di UUM Online Learning (UUMOL) sebelum atau pada 23 September 2022 (kelas
ke-3) oleh seorang wakil kumpulan.
