▪ The leader does all major tasks such
as planning, recruiting, leading,
organizing and controlling.
(Autocratic Leader)
▪ The execution part was delegated to
followers.
▪ There are missing is the connection
between these critical capabilities
and results.
▪ Leader should clarify the objectives
and specify simple instructions,
deadlines, and targets to followers to
achieve their tasks.
▪ This type of leadership cause lack of
followers’ creativity and innovation.

▪ Leader and followers work together
to plan, organize work objectives
and implement the tasks.
▪ Leaders delegate tasks and expect
their followers to complete those
tasks to the best of their abilities
and they can work under minimum
supervision.
▪ Using results as the sole measure
of leadership practices.
▪ Monitoring the results and
compering with the planed
objectives and controlling the
obstacles.
▪ The leader encourages the followers to do innovation and
creativity and provides them with a positive atmosphere.

Situation of Result-Oriented Leader:
▪ Planning and Organization:
- At the training center, a training plan is drawn up according
to the needs requested by the governorate’s general offices and
the branches offices. Because the center is at the beginning of
its work, the training plan is drawn up monthly.
- First, we held a meeting as a working group and prepared the
documented forms that will be used in the operations of the
center and agreed on the work system and its steps and
sequences
- Programs planning manager puts the plan and presents it to
the center manager, then center manager distributes it to other
departments after reviewing it with planning manager and
choose suitable instructors together.
▪ Implementation:
- The administration management sends the training plan to the
concerned contacts
- It receives the candidates’ names, Enters the names in
database and chooses the trainees of each Course.
- Prepares attendance sheet and introduction sheet for trainees.
- The Quality Manager prepare instructor’s introduction sheet.
▪ Results:
- After completing each course, the training process is
evaluated by the trainees and the center is evaluated by the
trainer.
- The Quality Manager compiles these evaluations and presents
them to the Center manager.
▪ Control:
- If there are complaints or suggestions, a meeting is held to
discuss how to improve the performance of center 's
employees to increase the satisfaction of the trainees.

Situation of Control-Oriented Leader:
Sometimes, the center is assigned to make tests to select
candidates to receive special training at the Saqqara Local
Development Training Center.
▪ Planning
- In this case, I am as a center manager (Leader) make a plan
and determine the procedures will be taken to make these
tests like the types of questions, its duration, time of tests
……etc.
▪ Organizing:

- I choose suitable questions and its categories.


- Required from administrate manager to enter candidates’
names in separate database.
- The Administrative Affairs Department is responsible for
registering the candidates' attendance.
- The Quality Department is responsible for preparing the
lecture hall and conducting the test.
- Correct the tests and choose the highest score according to
the required number.
▪ Control:
Exam questions are evaluated based on the candidates' scores.
▪ Reports:
A report is made of the selected names and submitted to the
higher authority.
