Probation: You will be on probation for a period of One Year from the date of your joining, which may be extended at the discretion of the Management. At the end of the probation period, if your performance is to the satisfaction of the Management, your services will be confirmed. In case if your services are not confirmed in writing at the end'of probation period or after the probation period it is deemed that your services are not confirmed. In case of non ~ performance, indiscipline or any misconduct during probation period your services will be terminated without any notice, 8. Notice of Termination: Your services can be terminated by either party giving the other a written notice of one month during probation and three months after confirmation. However, the Management may consider relieving you before completion of said notice period allowing to make payment in lieu of balance notice period. Record of Age & Age of Retirement: You are required to filin an employment application form as may be issued by the Management and the information and data furnished by you therein shall be binding. The date of birth as entered in the records of the Company at the time of appointment based on your SSC / 10th Class Certificate is not liable to be altered under any circumstances at any later date during your tenure. However, the Management may alter at its discretion in case of any clerical error. The retirement age is 58 years. You will retire from the employment of the Company at the end of the month in which you attain 58 years of age. 10. Confidentiality: During continuation (OR) after termination, you will not either directly or indirectly disseminate, divulge, lecture upon, publish any trade secrets, any formula, processes, methods, machines, composition, contracts, transactions, affairs or customers of the Company, ideas or any other knowledge, information relating to the business of the company or any other affiliate Organization / Company, which you will come to know during your tenure with the Company to any party. This includes ‘documents’, ‘records’, ‘books’ and ‘data’ in all forms i.e. technical know-how or confidential information, the products manufactured by the company (Technical & Formulations), and any other information in respect of any other industrial or intellectual property, whether capable of being registered or not. 11, Other terms and conditions: ‘a. Please quote your employment number in all correspondence addressed to the Company which will be allotted to you soon. b. During your employment with the Company, you will devote full time and attention to the duties assigned to you from time to time. You will keep the Company informed of any change in your residential address. Your appointment is subject to the conditions that you are medically, physically and ‘mentally fit. Further to your continuance your employment is also subject to the condition that you are fit at all the times. Your designation does not imply any related set of duties, Management will assign duties from time to time depending upon organizational needs or in the course of implementation of new technology and work methods. You will be responsible for the safe keeping and return in good condition and order of all Properties of the Company which may be in your use, custody or charge. You shall follow the rules and regulations that may be framed by the management and applicable to your cadre from time to time. You shall be required to maintain a high degree of initiative, discipline and efficiency. In case of any non — compliance in this regard or lation of any rules or misbehavior or misconduct your services will be terminated without any notice. You shall not enter into any business transaction with the Company either directly or through your family member or your close relations. However, under any special Circumstances such business deals are necessitated, you shall obtain prior permission in writing from the Management before entering into such transactions. Your absence for a continuous period of 8 days (including absence when leave though applied for, is not granted or when you overstay for more than 8 days) would entail automatic loss of your lien on the job without any notice of intimation by the Management. Please note that furnishing of false information or suppression of any factual information in the employment application form or any other document is a disqualification for ‘employment in this Company. Should such an act come to our notice at any time during the period of your employment in the Company, your services are liable to be terminated and you will be liable for prosecution as per Law.
