Dear Ms.Wallis,

I am writing to express my interest in the Business Analyst Intern position for BC Analytics. I
am currently a junior at the University of Detroit Mercy majoring in Business Administration
with a concentration in Finance. I believe that my attention to detail in regard to analytical
research, along with my refined problem-solving ability in both an independent and teamwork
setting, would enable me to be an excellent candidate for this position.

I am currently intellectually curious about the significance that niche industries such as
technology and financial services provide in the professional world of consulting. Throughout
previous school years, I have been able to dedicate my time to a consulting group on campus that
has given me the platform to learn more about this connection and analyze the performance and
industry trends of local Ann Arbor businesses. In particular, I was able to work on a project for a
local fashion technology company that needed solutions in terms of developing client acquisition
and discovering competition. Whether it was performing an analysis on the future impact of
fashion technology or recommending that our client’s library of 1,247 digital garments should be
utilized as a catalog for future partnerships, it was integral that I communicated clearly with my
team in order to provide accurate details that our client could use to gain market share. Because
of this work, I will be able to provide a similar standard to the clientele at BC Analytics and will
be comfortable working in a team environment, both critical to being successful within the role.

Additionally, I have been able to garner experience in retail services as a customer service
specialist in order to build the soft skills necessary to get tasks done in a timely manner, whilst
providing solutions to social issues. In order to provide the best experience for customers, I keep
myself educated on company policies and services, resulting in earning a managerial role in three
months that contained a greater responsibility of leading effective communication.

Ultimately, I have learned that creative problem solving, clear communication, and analytical
skills with business acumen provide the true opportunity for success. I believe that these skills
promote a qualified fit for the Business Analyst Intern position and I look forward to hearing
from you soon.

Best regards,
Andri Myftari
