The Adjusted Master Programme with projected completion on 25-August 2024, should be with respect to the conditions as detailed c) Workability Conditions:

Laying of Cement Treated Base (CTB) and laying of Bituminous Concrete Surface Course and its requisite works will be carried out within the dry
a) Design and Approval Process of New Structures: months of January 2023 through May of years 2023 and 2024 as it is impossible to work with these materials if ground is saturated and precipitation is
frequent.
To Finalize and issue to the Contractor on or before 15-November 2022 the design Drawing and Shop Drawing of Road Underpass
intended for pedestrian Walkway at Main Alignment Sta. 83 250 and for the additional road underpass traversing over Alaminos bypass d) Schedule of Potential De-scoped items:
Road at Main Alignment Sta. 81 339.55.
Client de-scope the contractor with the laying of Bituminous Surface course and its other requisite works. However, the aforementioned items were
b) Potential Change in Design and Layout of Miscellaneous Structures: still included in this Programme so that whoever may work on this item will have a reference schedule to follow.

To Finalize on or before 15-November 2022 any potential changes in design and Layout for the Concrete Panel Fence except for the 762
LM fencing along Landco Property because of the reasons detailed in the Contractor's Letter (Ref. No. SCIC-SLEXTR4-SLTC-PMC-2022-
L546 dated 30-June 2022 ).
To Finalize on or before 30 November 2022 any potential changes in Design of New Jersey Barrier ( Reinforced Concrete Median barrier)
Because of the reasons detailed in the Contractor's Letter (Ref. No. SCIC-SLEXTR4-SLTC-PMC-2022-L546 dated 30-June 2022 ).
e) Schedule of Toll Plaza & Roundabout Commencement:
The schedule of works in the Toll Plaza which are primarily of civil and MEFP works and Roundabouts is being on hold by Client due to
potential change in Design. Therefore, the contractor decided to include the schedule of work within this Programme. However, upon receipt of the
final instruction for the said item, we will readily adjust the Programme accordingly.
