1) As nominated in the Memorandum of Articles of the Company ,we as member of Board of

Directors Partners the company hereby delegates power of Attorney to Mr. Baburam
Chaudhary(Proprietor),Sarbashrestha Builders Pvt. Ltd.(here by called the authorized
representative) of this company to do and execute all or any one of the acts and things mentioned
below in connection with above reference project /Package.
2) To sign, submit and deliver pre-qualification and documents for and on behalf of the company
along with such other documents as may be required from time to time.
3) To discuss,negotiate and finalize the contract agreement of contract is awarded.
4) To act on be behalf of the company in all manners contracted with the executionOf the
project/package.
5) To submit the bills, receive the payment and incur the expenses.
6) And the company hereby agrees that all aforesaid acts,deeds and things done by the authorized
representation shall be considered as acts,deeds and things done by the company and undertake
to ratify and confirm all and whatsoever the authorized representativeshall lawfully do a cause to
be done for the company by virtue of the power hereby given.
7) In witness where of the company has executed this deed on 20 th Oct, 2020 in the registered office
of the company.

understood the bidding in document and that our bid has been prepared accordingly in
compliance with the requirement stipulated said document.
We are submitting master index of bidding document as part of our bid signed and stamped on
each paper in token of our acceptance to the above mention bid document. We undertake that
bidding document shall be deemed to from part of our bid and in event of award of work to
us.The same shall be considered for constitution of contract agreement in the event of award of
contract to us.
We further conform that we have indicated price in schedule of rates,considering detailed
description of items given in schedule of rates. We conform that rate quoted by us included price
for all works/activities/supply etc. As mention in item description in the item in schedule of
rates(with detailed item description)which has been issued to us in hard copy of schedule of
rates.
Moreover, we would like to declare our firm has never been declared as not ineligible for the
procurement proceeding ,do not have any conflicts of self interest in the proposed procurement
proceeding and we have not been punished by any authority in the related profession or business
till date.
