 A believer shall not slay a believer for the sake of an unbeliever, nor shall he aid an

unbeliever against a believer.


 The Jewish tribes, such as‗Auf, Najjar, Harith, Sai‘ida, Jusham, Aus, Tha'laba, and
Jaffna, granting each tribe the right to be “one community with the believers.
 Whenever you differ about a matter, it must be referred to God and to Muhammad. No
polytheist shall take the property or person of Quraysh under his protection nor shall he
intervene against a believer.
 The peace of the believers is indivisible. No peace shall be made when believers are
fighting in the way of God. Conditions must be fair and equitable to all.
 The security of God is equal for all groups. Non-Muslim members have equal political
and cultural rights as Muslims. They will have autonomy and freedom of religion.
 The God-fearing believers enjoy the best and the most upright guidance.
 All Muslims will treat with equal respect and dignity. Offering principles of equality and
justice to all Muslims. It does not allow natives to have superiority over immigrants.
 The Quraysh, according to their present custom, shall pay the blood money within their
number with justice among believers.
