Nobody could dispute Professor Nancy Koehn's assertion that "Real

NEWS CORNER Leaders Are Forged in Crisis" in her article published on HBR in 2020.
& After a few years, we now see a world that has undergone significant
HR FACTS change as a result of the crisis. The leaders that have persevered
through this are developed, yet they still maintain their unique
PAGE 5 perspectives on the future based on their observations, experiences,
opinions, perceptions, and expectations.
The understanding of "hybrid" for themselves and for their
PSYCHOLOGY CORNER organisation is one of the many objectives that need to be addressed
& from the perspective of the leadership. Despite much research in
QUIZ TIME this area, leaders still have a unique perspective on how the term
"hybrid" is defined and used.
PAGE 6 Companies that offered flexibility (which I am oversimplifying by
calling "hybrid" as their USP) as their unique selling proposition
realised that their nice-to-have option had suddenly become a need
when the world was attacked by the coronavirus. The talent market
then underwent a significant upheaval during the numerous periods
when the world's pace slowed, and a brand-new talent war broke
out. Now that they are more mobile, the talent has begun to define
hybrid in ways that suit their demands. Here is the leader's
discussion of the path to a "hybrid" future. These six themes can be
found in a cognitive and realistic portrayal of this journey:
THE TRUST IMPERATIVE
One typical strategy for success in the post-pandemic shift to hybrid is trust. It is not a
choice, and leaders cannot construct it at their own pace. Organizations that were
used to seeing the work being done now had to adjust to seeing the result rather than
the work being done. Teams' problems need to be fixed right now.
Delegation opportunities, opportunities for leaders to empower their teams,
opportunities to create hybrid teams, opening up talent markets that were previously
constrained by geographical constraints, etc., are all increased by trust-based
management. This is a bright spot. We are aware that individuals are more engaged
and businesses perform better when trust is a must.

TRASFORMATION AT THE FORE

The intention and unavoidable requirement for transformation took the place of the
transitioning strategy. Organizations must alter their technology, communication
tools, human capital systems, logistics, supply chains, and performance management
in the hybrid environment. Despite cost limitations, spending on digital and
technology surged even throughout the pandemic. According to a McKinsey research
titled "Rethinking strategy for the new digital edge," some respondents had this
number as high as 65%. Additionally, almost 90% of those surveyed for their study
believe that their business strategy needs to alter (or has changed already).

CULTURE MANIFESTATION
Regardless of how much they have used the hybrid model, a leader's main goal after a
pandemic is to assist the last mile employee in understanding and embracing the
culture. All members of the organisation must see culture in the same way. The key
test for leadership maturity, if culture building has been the centre of leaders'
attention in the past, is how to accomplish it at scale and with agility in the hybrid
ecosystem. For a hybrid workforce, culture and employee value proposition must also
be strengthened. A leader must be focused on adopting a hybrid work environment
while maintaining all cultural subtleties, both implicit and explicit, without
compromising any of them.

COMMUNICATION IN DEPTH
Boundaries that were previously in place at work begin to disappear with the hybrid
or work from home paradigm. The richness of such connection has been lost as
written electronic communication (emails, chats, sms, etc.) has become more
prevalent. How frequently can leaders have in-depth dialogues at both their level and
the level of their teams? Leaders and teams miss out on providing a psychologically
safe environment where people can be vulnerable and feel free to share their
perspectives on what they are subjected to in the absence of deep communication.
Furthermore, pop-ups and screen-based meeting reminders frequently interfere with
leadership coaching and the depth of discourse. Discussions can never be held
without interruptions. To build a successful hybrid model, a leader must have the
time, space, and discipline to undertake in-depth talks about leadership.

that connected to the smartphone with a 3.5 mm headphone port. The card reader
transforms the mobile phone into a card acceptance device once it is connected. A
GPRS mobile connection is the sole need. Besides cards, merchants may also accept,
phone pe , google pay.n Though we could not track any story behind the name Mswipe,
the name most likely is derived from the act of swiping cards for making digital
payments. The company's primary product includes card readers that help transform a
mobile phone into a card swiping machine, hence the name Mswipe. Mswipe strives to
provide seamless mobile POS solutions to the merchants of India who are lacking easy
