Relative to the Memorandum dated April 22, 2022, issued by DILG-NCR Regional
Director Maria Lourdes L. Agustin, CESO III, all Punong Barangays and Sangguniang
Barangay Members are advised to strictly observe the provisions under Joint
Memorandum Circular No. 001, Series of 2016, issued by the Commission on Elections
(COMELEC) and Civil Service Commission (CSC) specifically on the prohibitions
against engaging in any electioneering or partisan political activities.

Compliance is highly enjoined.
