General Corrections

Following Information/ Error corrections/ Improvements have been implemented:

Using SetDataSearch from more than one task


The instruction "SetDataSearch" and the functions "GetNextSym" and "GetDatVal"
of the Developers Functions option is now possible to use from more than one
task at a time.

Reference Error problem when BindRef parameter set to NO


Is now corrected.

Reference error 40165


Is now corrected.

PowerOn check in DAP.


If there is a rapid error in the user program at startup in SpotWare Servo there is no need to
restart (poweroff/on) the system to get it running, just reload the corrected user program and start
again.

Dip in Profibus communication


A more robust handling of communication between Profibus card and RW has been
implemented.

Improved ModBus TCP/IP functionality.

Calibration and commutation window in automatic mode


An alert box is now presented when entering the calibration or commutation window in automatic
mode.

Cancel button in I/O window gives irrelevant message


This is now corrected and no message will appear when pressing cancel in Auto mode.

Internal error, "hipprod.c 4377 Couldn't get line <N> in list"


This has now been corrected.

Internal error, "hicts.c 5936 Buffer to small"


This is now corrected

Option Electronically linked motors


The installation of the option "Electronically linked motors" has been improved.

Sysfail when leaving non-motion execution mode


This is now corrected.

IRB340 is neglecting the limited working range


This is now corrected.

Servo gun internal error during SpotL/SpotJ


This is now corrected.

SpotL with equalising and independent gun mode causes system error state.
This is now corrected.

Critical problem with sensor tracking when making restart


Problem solved only for the Quick Stop and the Stiff Stop.

RAPID Stop instruction waits for zero speed


The RAPID Stop instruction now waits for zero speed before the program execution
is stopped.

Error handling in instruction WriteCfgData


When using the instruction WriteCfgData there is a possibility to use the error constant
ERR_CFG_LIMIT in an error handler.

Option Fan on motor 2 + 3 gives sys fail


This is now corrected.

Problems running SpotL in SpotWare Servo Equalizing after IndGunMove.


It is not recommended that SpotWare Servo Equalizing be used at the same time as independent
gun move. The error handling is not sufficient.

Extended elog information in system dump files


System dump files (dumpX.log) created in the HOME:SYSTEM/INFO is extended.

Renamed the dumpx_info.log to dumpx.log


The internal dump information file dumpx_info.log has been renamed to dumpx.log
to be sure that it is handled in a correct way by RAP.

In-rush resistor problems


An error that, under special circumstances, could cause overheating in the in-rush current
resistors, have been corrected.
