Unloading And Shifting Of M/S Vehicle movement/ mobile Vehicle to be inspected & valid document of
Steel, Structural Material plant / Vehicle toppling / vehicle to be checked by site HSE team
(Channel And Beam). Run over / Hit Hazards before enter inside.

Valid license of the operator / driver to be

checked before start the job.

Physically check-up of every vehicle for

reverse horn, looking glass, tyre condition,
break / battery conditions etc..

Access to be cleared from all unwanted

materials or traffic to enter the work area.

Entry will be done at the gate before

entering the site.

traffic by signal.

Tool Box Talk to conducted for all who are

involved in the job.

guide rope.

Proper pathway for hydra & It will be escorted

Stacking area of Structural Material will be

properly secure & Barricaded.

Safety Shoes.) to be used.

Work to be done under skilled supervision.

Cutting, Bending and Grinding Cut Injury , Eye Injury ,

Process. Electrical Hazards , Fire Use PPE proper as per required ( Safety shoe,
hazards, Flammable Safety helmet, Safety goggle, Leather hand
material. gloves, Approved Welding Helmet and Face
shield.

Proper Electrical connection with double

Tagged by Site electrician and HSE team
before use.

Fire extinguisher to be kept at work place.

Use of proper hand gloves, welding helmet &

Apron.

Provision of fire extinguisher nearby.

Cleaning and Cheeping Eye hazards, Cut injury,
Dust hazards.

Use of face shield & Welder Goggle, Face

Working at Height Person / material fall shield, Dust mask properly.
Hazards.
Use proper CE approved Full body Safety
Harness with double lanyard.

Provide Rope and Bag to working at height
