(tested & trade mark) while working/testing on
charged equipments.

Identification boards to be displayed.

Moving parts/Trip hazard All the moving parts to be guarded and no

loose clothing allowed near the
machinery/conveyors.

Un authorised entry to be restricted.

CO2 fire extinguisher to be provided.

Fire Hazard

Nose Mask provided for those who engaged on

Dust Hazard cement work.

Eye Hazard Safety Goggles to be provided for all those who

are engaged on the work.

Transit Mixer

Placing of Transit Mixer Mobile Plants/Hit Hazard Documents of the vehicle to be checked and
certified.

Valid licence for the driver.

checked.
Proper access to be provided by clearing all
unwanted materials or traffic to enter the work
Vehicle movement/Cut hazard space.
Helper to be provided for controlling the traffic
by signal.
Vehicle to be placed with the help of the helper.
Daily check for the equipment and the check
list to be fulfilled.
Continuous supervision to be provided.
For Shifting of concrete to the area proper
access to be given to avoid trip hazard
Trip hazard
Concrete to be poured on concrete tray and
those who are doing the filling work & those
Person Injury who are standing on the concrete will be
provided with gumboots and rubber hand
gloves other than mandatory PPE’s.

Proper House keeping will be provided to

avoid cut injury/ Trip Hazard

House keeping Trip hazard/Cut hazard Daily tool box talks to be followed & recorded.

Work area should kept neat & clean after the

completion of work.

All the scraps to be to shifted to the specified

scrap area.

Remove all the materials used for shuttering

from the work area and shifted to the yard as
soon as the de-shuttering work ends or
properly stacked at the work place for reuse.

Proper illumination to be provided at the work

area as per required or depends on the work.
