Neighboring Catholic Parishioner Tuition Non Parishioner Rate: First, Second and Third Child

Fees A registration fee of $50.00 per student is required at the time of registration and is non-refundable. A technology fee of $85 per student at the time of registration and is non-refundable. An individual fundraising fee of $225.00 is charged for students in grades K 8. The increase will help provide a playground crossing guard to help the supervising classroom teacher and keep our students safe as they cross the street. Qualifying Neighboring Catholic Parishes: St. Austins, St. Bridgets, Our Lady of Victory, St. Joseph, New Hope Payment Options: Families must pay with one of the following options: Option 1: Payment in full by cash or check. Payment must be made by July 10, 2011 Option 2: Payments to FACTS Tuition. FACTS charges a processing fee of $41.00, payable with your first tuition payment. Payments can be made the following ways. 10 monthly, 4 quarterly or a 2 payment option via automatic withdrawal. Credit card (Discover or Master Card) payment. Tuition Scholarships All applicants can apply online at www.tuitionaid.com. A processing fee will be charged. Scholarships are based on financial need. Parent/s must be an active parish member of the Church of the Sacred Heart in order to receive tuition aid. An active parish member means a current registered member, regular attendance at mass at Church of the Sacred Heart, using church envelopes, contributing time, talent, and treasure. One must be an active registered parish member for at least six months to qualify for parish member tuition prior to the first day of school. Failure to comply will result in revocation of scholarship. The parish pastor may consider exceptions to these guidelines, on a case by case basis. Non-Parishioners Financial aid or other tuition assistance may be available through your parish. All subsidy arrangements are an agreement between your family and your parish.
