Effective Health & Safety Management

1) To ensure 100% compliance to Safety Management System - 2022 by conducting the
respective activity, proper documentation and updation in SAP on monthly basis.

2) To conduct Daily Safety Audits & identify maximum Health & Safety Observations (HSO)
1 possible & log the same in EHS Platform, and ensure on time compliance of actiobale 31.12.2022 25

3) Ensure timely closure of audits points of all saftey audits,Risk acessments &
ODPS.Share status reports on month end with Plant Incharge & ZOM.
4) Review Plant existing onsite emergency plan & take approval of coopertae Safety team

Effective Statutory Management

1) To Conduct atleast 01 no of External Mock Drill in the presence of Factories Dept
Officials, and if possible to conduct 01 OffSite Emergency Mock Drill per annum in the
presence of various Statutory officials like Factories, District Administration, Fire Dept,
Police etc..

2) Ensuring updation of all statutory records/ registers related to Factory/labour dept.
100% at all the time. All Licenses to be kept Valid and apply for necessary Renewals atleast
45days in prior.
3) To ensure all Statutory Documents are updated and uploaded in Operations Repository
in OneDrive and share the Link to ZOM.

Self & Team Development

1) Read all operational SOPs & undersatnd Plant porces. Submit a short report over this to

2)Learn & undersatnd customer billing porcess in SAP & use and undersatnding of TITO.
3) Learn & review plant PMCS for effcetive implementation.

Customer Complaint Management

1) Ensure nil O ring/ underweight/ Body or Bung leak cylinder complaints arrive from the
customer and Franchisee.
4 2) Review past all Maxima customer complaints & incidents & note down all laernings & 31.12.2022 15
share with all SE plants.
3) Base on laerning from Maxima give training to all plant team members & ensure Nil
incident with Maxima Cylinders.

Special Inititives.:-
1) Do cross plant team visit & do Safety audits for futrher improvement - Choutuppal
Plant safety auidts.
5 2) Observe any two intives in cost optimisation or in Health & Safety imporvments through 31.12.2022 20
we bale to tengible benefits for Choutuppal plant.
3) Need to implement 5S in store,admin block & Filling shed.
