1. What are the main implications of the legal status of corporations of corporate social
responsibility?
The effect of the status of CSR corporations is that the law contributes significantly to the
event of corporate social responsibility. If business practices CSR, they aim to boost the
economy and also the communities. And when your business is growing, it is vital to
own a socially conscious image, because employees, consumers, and stakeholders give
priority to CRS when choosing an organization.
2. “Only human beings have a moral responsibility for their action” Asses this proposition

The corporation is a legal entity that is separate and separate from its owners and
therefore cannot assume moral responsibility for their actions. These are the human

relevant to every country because it can improve corporate social responsibility within
their organization.
4. Differentiate corporate accountability from corporate transparency.
Transparency refers to the conduct of activities or actions in an open and clear manner.
Clarity is the main focus of transparency. While Accountability refers to being
responsible for one's actions and being able to provide a sound rationale for action.
Acknowledgement and responsibility for one's actions are the main focus of
accountability.
5. In your own word define corporate citizenship.
Corporate Citizenship could be recognition that a business, corporation, or business-like
organization, has social, cultural, and environmental responsibilities to the
community within which it seeks a license to control, moreover as economic and
financial ones to its shareholders or immediate stakeholders.
6. Discuss the three different rights that comprises with liberal citizenship.
Social rights are the right to education, health, care, or various aspects of welfare. And
also to give freedom to participate in society. Next, civil law provides freedom through
abuses and interference by third parties; the right to own property, and freedom of
speech. Last but not least, political rights are the right to vote and enable individuals to
participate in the progress of governance beyond the sphere of their own privacy.
7. Differentiate stakeholder democracy from corporate governance.
Stakeholder democracy provides an opportunity to influence and control corporate
decisions, while corporate governance codifies and regulates the different rights of
stakeholders.
8. Enumerate the reasons why do corporations have social responsibilities?
To enhance long term revenues, reduce costs, manage risks and uncertainty and
maintaining the social license to operate.
9. Define the meaning of corporation in terms of legal status and ownership of assets.
A corporation could be a legal entity that's separate and distinct from its owners.1
Corporation enjoy most of the rights and responsibilities that individuals
possess: they'll enter contracts, loan and borrow money, sue and be sued, hire employees,
own assets, and pay taxes. Some confer with it as a legal person.

In a Traditional CSR, a corporation generates its profits and creates value without much
