1. Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order
is passed :-
(i) The Advocate for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 confirms the undertaking
recorded in Paragraph 4 of the Order dated 7 th March, 2018 and once again undertakes
that the Respondent No.1/Developer shall pay the property tax in respect of Unit
No.302 within a period of six weeks from 7 th march, 2018. The undertaking is
accepted.
(ii) The balance stamp duty approximately of Rs.71,000/- payable for the
Conveyance as per the order dated 19th March, 2018 passed by the Collector of Stamps
proportion.
(iii) The Respondent Nos.1 and 2 shall execute the indemnity in terms of the
(iv) Mr. Ashok Bodhwani has complied with the order dated 28 th March,
2018 passed by this Court. It is clarified that it is Mr. Ashok Bodhwani has paid the
