B - COMMERCIAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 PAYMENT TERMS
 40 % of total job order value as advance at the time of order confirmation.
 40% of total job order value at the time of team mobilization for erection & commissioning at site.
 20% of total job order value after successful commissioning.
 DELSER reserves right to raise commissioning invoices due to any delay incurred due to customer’s
requirement.
 All payments will be released within 15 calendar days of submission of invoice.

2 INCOME TAX:
Income tax shall be deducted from payments made to DELSER Ltd. as per government rules unless we
provide an exemption certificate.

3 SALES TAX & OTHER TAXES:

Our offered price is without SRB services tax which is currently applicable at 13 %. This will be paid by
the customer at the time of dispatch of equipment. If the tax rates change in future or additional taxes are
imposed by the government these would be payable at the applicable rate.

Our offered price is without sales tax. If any tax is imposed by the government in future then this would
be payable at the applicable rates.

4 COMPLETION PERIOD:
Erection would be completed within 02 ~ 04 weeks & Commissioning would be done in about 01 Week
time after completion of erection & pre commissioning activities of boiler.

DELSER SCOPE OF SERVICES/BATTERY LIMITS

 SERVICES FOR NEW DESIGN 42.2 MM OD FIN TUBE MILLED STEEL ECONOMIZER AND
STAINLESS STEEL PREHEATERS TO PREHEAT PLANT WATER FROM 40 °C TO 85 °C and
FEED WATER FROM 40 °C to 160 °C.
Offer Includes.
1 Installation of New Feed Water Preheaters.

2 Installation of Economizer

3 Scaffolding required for Installation.

4 Commissioning of Economizer and Preheaters.

5 Complete job from isolation to commissioning.

6 Insulation and Cladding of Economizer and Preheaters.

7 Existing Piping with Valves & Controls would be reused

8 Existing Electrification of Buyer Supplied Equipment would be reused.

 Main Battery Limits

 Plant Water Supply at Inlet flange of Plant Water Preheater @ 04 Bar (g). by client

 Plant Heated Water at outlet flange of Plant Water Preheater. Onwards by client

 Feed Water Supply at inlet flange of Feed Water Preheater @ 2.5 Bar (g). by client

 Heated Boiler Feed Water at outlet flange of Feed Water Preheater. Onwards by client

 All connections and interconnecting piping, valves, controls, Gauges and instruments should existing to
be reused.

 If any item is found out of order or any replacement of piping, instrument, valve or controls are required
during erection these, will be charged additionally as per mutual discussion.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES / DELSER EXCLUSIONS

Following services are excluded from DELSER Scope and would be arranged by Customer.

1. All type of civil work including supporting structure for Economizer. (Existing to be reused)
2. Piping and cabling. (Existing to be reused.)
3. Valves, Safety valves, Gauges, instruments and controls. (Existing to be reused.)
4. Chemicals required for boil out & operation of WHR Boiler.
5. Third party inspection of boiler. (If required by customer should be charged at extra cost.)
6. Free access to the erection site and clear passage / approach for Boiler and Crane.
7. Chemicals required for boil out & operation of WHR Boiler.
8. Ducting and Stack of Boiler. (Existing to be reused).
9. Re-insulation Cladding and Repainting of any Part of Boiler or associated ducting / Stack.
10. Pumps and Piping works upto inlet battery limits and from the outlet battery limit.
11. We assume the existing boiler feed water pumps have adequate capacity and pressure head to
pass the water into the boiler through the economizer. If replacement / repairs are required it can
be offered at additional cost.
12. Third party inspection of boiler. (If required by customer should be charged at extra cost.)
13. Certification of boiler from local boiler inspector for its operation at site. (Not required as no
alteration proposed on the boiler)
14. Boarding and lodging of DELSER staff during erection work would be provided by the customer.
15. Supply of boiler and auxiliary equipment
16. Safety & Security of DELSER team at Site.
17. Free of cost water at site for flushing/Hydrostatic Test etc.
18. Any item or service not specifically included in our offer.
