II. Disassemble of the Product

2.1 Initial & Mid Filter

ATTENTION: Protective measures should be taken before disassembling the product (masks,
protective suits, etc.) to avoid contamination by microorganisms on filters.
4 pieces of initial & mid filter are located at the lower part of the product (Figure 2.1A). They
are mounted on the air inlet shades as shown in Figure 2.1B.

Step 2: Pull the filter off from the assembly as directions shown in Figure 2.1 C. You may try to
wash and dry the filter, or replace it with new one.

Figure 2.1C
Note: Dry the filter thoroughly after washing before put it back again. Dispose the filter as
medical product.

2.2 Disassemble Plasma Generator

Step 1: Remove two air inlet shades next to each other, see 2.1.
Step 2: Prepare a soft mat on the ground and put the device on the mat upside down as 2.2A.

Electrode

Figure 2.2A

Step 3: There are two position limiting clamp at the two sides of the electrode. Turn the two
clamps at the directions shown in 2.2B, and then release the two fasteners at the
other two sides. At last lift the electrodes up. Pay attention to the sharp needles that

ATTENTION: Clean the dust with compressed air gun after remove it. Take proper protective
measures to avoid dust pollution. Do Not clean the electrodes with water!

2.3 Disassembling Fan

Step 1: As shown in 2.3A, insert a flat screw driver at the fasteners and turn it to release the
fasteners. Release the top and bottom fasteners at the two sides then remove the
air-outlet shades.

Note: Only remove two fasteners of two sides that is not neighboring each other then the
shades can be removed. There an arrow at the place marked with A in 2.3B. When assembling
the fasteners, make sure the arrow is pointing upwards.

Step 3: Remove 3 of the screws on support frame as shown in 2.3C.

Remove screw here.

Step 5: Remove the screws on the steel panel as shown in 2.3D, and remove the steel panel
from top cover and unplug the cable connecting the mother board to the fan.
Step 6: Remove the 4 screws on the steel panels and then take the fan out.

2.4 Disassemble Mother Board

Mother board is located inside the top cover as shown below. Finish the steps in 2.3 before
carrying out the following steps.
Remove the fixing screws pointed by arrows in Figure 2.4, then the mother board can be
removed.

Remove all screws pointed

by arrows.

III. Clean

3.1 Surfaces
Unplug the product from power supply and wipe the covers clean with soft damp cloth. Clean
with alcohol or non-corrosive detergent if there’s hard to remove dirt.
! ATTENTION
Do Not rinse clean the product.
Clean the inside of the product ONLY with dry cloth or towel.

3.2 Filters
Initial & mid filter can be washed and reused or replaced.
Clean or replace interval may according to actual conditions. If the product is installed in a
heavy contaminated environment, clean or replace every 3 – 6 months is recommended. If the
product is in a cleaner environment or not frequently used then clean or replace the filters every 12
months is recommended.
Use air gun or water to carry out cleaning. If the filters are cleaned by water then make sure
the filters are completely dry before put it back to the product, otherwise it may reduce the life
span of the product or cause safety accident.
! ATTENTION
Take proper protection measures (masks, protections suits, etc.) when cleaning the filters to
avoid risks of getting respiratory contaminations.

3.3 Electrodes
Remove the electrodes as instructed in 2.2.
Clean the dust and other objects on the electrodes by air gun.
! ATTENTION
Clean the electrodes with water is prohibited.
If it allows, remove the carbon filter and put it in strong sunshine to remove odor and restore
the activity of the carbon.

IV. Troubleshooting

4.1 Error Signs

The Device is able to detect and show errors of plasma power supply, motor, temperature, humidity
and filters.
1) Plasma Error
If error of plasma power supply is detected, then it automatically stops current working

and gives alarms via loudspeaker and display .

2) Fan Error
If error of motor is detected, then it automatically stops current working and gives

alarms via loudspeaker and display .

3) High Temperature
If ambient temperature is too high, then it automatically stops current working and
gives alarms via loudspeaker and the temperature display will flicker.
Note: Please find source of high temperature such as sensor, fire, etc.
4) Humidity
If ambient humidity is too high, then it automatically stops current working and gives
alarms via loudspeaker. Humidity higher than 90% will highly influent the lifespan and
efficacy of the Device.
5) Filter Expiration

After a certain time of use, the Device will show to remind for replacement.
6) Air Quality
≥3 leaves ( ) means the air quality is good. The sensor detects low concentration of
hazardous/irritating gas in the ambient air.
7) Particle
≥3 stars ( ) means good. The sensor detects low concentration of particles in the
ambient air.
