Sub: Request Of Transportation For The International Students Day

Respected Sir/ Madam,

We, the Federation of International Students' Associations in Bangalore (FISA-B), is a viable
and diverse community of young, energetic and visionary students under the patronage of
Indian Council For Cultural Relation (ICCR), the ministry of external affairs government of
India.
FISA-B with its prime objective to bring together all International students where multi-
ethnic populations are represented by over 60 countries and to celebrate and promote the
rich diversity of culture, FISA-B is hosting INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS DAY 2022.

It will be day full of musical performances, traditional dances, ethnic parade, international
cuisine, interactions etc. where the whole international community of students will convene
and share a platform with the ICCR Regional Director, Bangalore University officials,
University of Agricultural Sciences officials, FRRO and Karnataka State Police officials, along
with our foreign and local guests and other respected members of different institutions
and bodies.

This grand event will be held at University of Agricultural Sciences, International Convention
Centre, Hebbal, GKVK, Bangalore, 560065 on 25th June 2022.
The event will commence with the Food Festival; Exhibition Food Stalls from over 30
countries from 11:00 am, followed by the main program from 02:30 pm to 08:30 pm.

We want to make sure the International Students in your institution a part of this event as
they support their friends and colleagues who are taking part in the event.

We are humbly requesting you to provide us with the transportation to and from the
audition venue.
We kindly request that the students move from their premises by 09:30 Am.
