also celebration of both the spirit of embracing the East African Community (EAC) among Ugandans as
well as the turn of a new year. The trip is slated to run for five nights and six days, as from December 29
2022 to January 3, 2023, and has been dubbed the “Travellers Rave - A Mombasa Mashup Edition” to
feature both productive and fun activities as listed below;

BBGRARA Tours And Travel Agency’s mission being to build substantially enough capacity to offer
tourists/travelers a platform to enjoy raw rave party experiences at every stage of a group trip but yet
organizing participants into functional units intended to establish long term and meaningful networks
capable of either supporting and/or accelerating the manifestation of each of our client’s career and/or
entrepreneurial vision, I am writing this letter as an invitation to you to be a Corporate Sponsor or Vision
Enhancer of this Trip.
For as a major player in the business fraternity and our community at large, your involvement with us in
promoting and celebrating the spirit of embracing the East African Community is an opportunity for your

our community to educate Ugandan entrepreneurs and professionals about the trade opportunities at
hand given we embrace the spirit of the EAC cultivated from citizenry endeavors and engagements, even

The theme of this trip, Travellers Rave - (A Mombasa Move Around, See Hope Unto Productivity Edition)
A Mombasa Mashup Edition is intended to raise the perspectives of the participants beyond the raw
rave party experiences that are meant to come with celebrating the turn of a year and expose them to
the wealth of the Kenyan but to be even more specific, the Mombasa business opportunities not to
mention debunking the numerous stereotypes around across-the-border formalities and procedures
when it comes to the Uganda - Kenya boarder.

Therefore in promotion and celebration of the Spirit of embracing the EAC, BBGRARA Tours and Travel
Agency will be holding the Travellers Rave - A Mombasa Mashup Edition determined;

- To acclimatize Ugandan entrepreneurs and professionals to the across-the-border formalities and

bureaucracies across the Uganda-Kenya boarder at an affordable cost.

- Introduce Ugandan entrepreneurs and professionals to the nature of available business opportunities
in Mombasa.

- Introduce Ugandan entrepreneurs and professionals to the way of life of the peoples in Mombasa.

- To transform the mindset of Ugandan entrepreneurs and professionals ordinarily focused on merely
taking opportunities out of only the domestic market and elevate them into considering taking
advantage of the entire EAC market.,
