THE IMPOSSIBLE DREAM

The first and middle parts of the animation reflect an organization's generalization of what a male or
female's role should be. Gender refers to what the general public believes or expects of you. Let's say
you're a woman. People expect you to be graceful, thorough, and nice, of course. If you're a male,
however, you're expected to be both strong and soft. However, not all men and women can live up to
those gender stereotypes in the actual world. By these expectations, women must stay at home to raise the
children, clean, cook, and do a variety of other tasks, while men must go to work to earn money and bring
home the food. The tasks or responsibilities should be divided equally as possible; Support each other.
Equal job opportunities for men and women; strengthen anti-discrimination laws standardized pay;
wages.

Women can now go to school and work, thanks to women's independence. Outside of the home, women
can have successful jobs. Women have the same job and educational opportunities as males. They must
care for their homes and children, as well as work to support themselves and their families. That is why I
admire and appreciate career women, especially my mom.

In the last part of the video, she wished for equality, harmony, and a better life, all of which are
unattainable in her current situation. I believe this is why the film is titled "The Impossible Dream."
