1. The high side of engineering has not progressed sufficiently to assess.

We could not witness


the arrival of 2nd DG, cable trenches, transformer installation etc. We request an update on
this at the earliest in the interest of the FLS of the premises and the international players
who stay here – 2nd DG to be delivered by 14th Nov
2. The FLS external audit date should be no further than 1st of December. The suggested date
of 15th of December is too late considering that the property goes live on 20th December –
Suggested date: 7th to 10th Dec
3. The F&B block work has progressed slow. The MEP work has not moved ahead, we saw only
civil progress – Substantial progress will be visible by 18th Nov
4. There has been no start of the garbage handling facility or gas bank. – Work will start from
14th Nov and will be completed by 25th Nov.
5. There laundry foundation work was seen, as discussed with architect, the additional
verandah area for staff dining was not seen – Staff Dining will be done in overlays.
6. The conversion of one of the pantry rooms in each floor – with shelves and storage spaces
as discussed was not seen, we could not get any update on the same – Room has been
identified. Details will be shared shortly.
7. The door locks are installed. They should be covered in plastic - Noted
Also, 2500 key cards to be ordered – It will be in place before 30th Nov.
It was not discussed and ordered while we provided the ordering list.
2 numbers of key programming machines must also be installed at the front office along
with the PCs – It will be installed before 30th Nov.
8. The bathrooms are provided with soap dish racks. We did not see the liquid dispensers – It
will be installed by 30th Nov.
9. Staff accommodations were inspected:
a. The skylight holes to be closed – they are entry points of cold wind and insects will
happen otherwise – will be done by 30th Nov
b. The list of furniture to include a lockable cabinet for each bed as discussed yesterday
– will be provided.
c. Bathrooms to be installed with a 50 litres geyser in each of the common bathrooms
on either ends of the corridor – will be installed by 30th Nov.
d. We will need one exclusive side or wing or floor that can accommodate up to 170
people – Mapping to be done.
e. All windows must have a curtain or screen on it – Ok
10. Table, Chairs, Utensils & Bain Marie to be provided for staff dining area – Ok. To be done in
overlay.
11. Uniform & laundry area to be verified by Mr. Manish Mehera (Washex) – TBD
12. Guest Accommodation Block- 1 work seems to be progressing very fast but Block -2 &3
work has progressed very slowly. – Substantial progress will be visible by 20th Nov.
13. LT Panel is not installed and the corresponding cables with trenches have not been
evidenced. – Work is in progress. To be completed by 20th Nov.
14. Source of water and its treatment, ancillary pumps etc. have not been evidenced – TBD
(Portable WTP to be procured and installed)
15. Plumbing lines from the main source to the utility tanks have not been laid yet – Work is in
progress. To be completed by 20th Nov.
16. RO membranes and ancillary pumps have not reached the site yet – to be delivered by 25th
Nov.
17. Fire water line work is still in progress – to be completed by 18th Nov.
18. TV system in the guest rooms has not been considered in the scope – TBD
19. Server racks, CCTV system is not ready – Commissioning will be done by 25th Nov.
20. UPS has not reached the site yet – will be delivered by 20th Nov.
