Capacity per booth: 2 people (Maximum 3 people – 1 additional chair can be installed upon request)

Utility services

Pre-registration is required to use electricity in the hotel

*Onsite registration of electricity will not be available.

1KW electric supply work: 60USD / 2KW electric supply work: 120US (will be charged to user)
*No electrical outlets in the basic booth
Electricity will be provided upon the pre-registration.

6. Application ③ - Food and beverage sampling Applications accepted by November 16th

Pre-registration of food and beverage sampling in the hotel is required

*If not registered in advance, on-site cooking and sampling will not be available
(Required documents for food and beverages)
1. An agreement that the responsibility for food and beverages upon the exhibitor
2. List of food and beverages, applicable product license in Vietnam

*Electric appliances for cooking must be prepared by the exhibitors,

and if electricity is required, a separate electricity usage application is required (Application ②)

A-type or B-type 50-inch TV can be applied

7. X Banner Submit graphic files by November 16th

One X banner per one booth - 0.8x1.8m Graphic file required

Submission of logo and company name in English is required.

Basic graphic will be applied if X banner design is not submitted.
