Online Grade Viewing System

Project Purpose and Description

Students’ grades are vital information needed in advancing to the next grade/year level and its
availability is important. Amidst this pandemic we were now, students need to go to School to view or access
their grades which is not advisable during this pandemic. Through this online grade viewing system, students
don’t have to go to school to view their grades and it will brought convenience to the students. Online Grade
viewing helps the students of Camiguin Polytechnic State College to view their grades anytime anywhere.
Admin can encode, edit, update delete student records including their grades of their enrolled subject in
specific year and semester. Teachers will also have an account to the system for them to encode the grades of
their students and can edit their account details. Students can login to the system using their identification
number or username and password to access or login to the system. Students can also edit their personal info
including their account details.

Project Objectives
This project aims to improve the manual submission of grades to the Registrar’s office of CPSC by
developing and designing online coding of grades that students can view, that will be secured and reliable in
keeping the records.

 To convert the manual process into online based application

 To provide computerized record keeping of grades for CPSC.
 Provide an automated system that will let the students easily access their grades online.

Project Title
Online Faculty Evaluation System

Project Purpose and Description

This will help the person in-charge to lessen their time spent in processing, encoding, and computing the
evaluation. Through this project, it will provides the students with the freedom of expressing their appreciation
and recognition of good faculty members and a means to convey their sentiments and concerns about their non-
performing faculty members without the restrictions of time and space. This project will provide an instant
result of the evaluation to the faculty that will help them improve their teaching methodologies.
Admin, Teachers and Students can access the system. The admin can manage all the encoding, editing,
deleting of the records including teacher’s information and can revise and update the list of questions. Only the
admin can generate and print the results of the evaluation. Teachers can only view the result and the comments
coming from the students. Students can only evaluate their teachers and give comments.

Project Objectives
To develop an automated web based evaluation system for Faculty that can;

 Reduce time spent in administering of questionnaire to students and respondents.

 Secure the results of faculty evaluation.
 Generate accurate results.
 Convert the manual process of faculty evaluation into a computerized faculty evaluation system.

Project Title
Computer Studies Online Student Evaluation System

Project Purpose and Description

Manual procedure of evaluating students consumes a lot of time and papers and unavoidable errors
could be encountered. Through this web based system that includes systematic process of evaluating the
subject needs of the Computer Studies Students of CPSC, evaluation process could be a lot easier and faster. This
will help the students also the chairperson, to assist the students by helping them to determine the subjects that
they need for their evaluation. In addition, this system will enhance the capability of the field of evaluation to
develop an effective academic evaluation system for Computer Studies Students of CPSC, that will includes the
accountability and responsibility in ensuring that students are provided with high-quality evaluation.
Not only the chairperson can evaluate the students but the students also can evaluate themselves, for
students will have the access to the system through their Identification number and password where they can
input their grades given by the registrar to evaluate themselves. The admin account can edit the records or
details of the student.

Project Objectives
To develop an automated web based evaluation system for Computer Studies Students that can;

 Promote a secured academic evaluation.

 Maintainability of the record of every Computer Studies Students.
 Allow students to view their own records.
 Generate evaluation details for the students.
