My meaningful Exit from Senior High School

Our personalities are shaped by our experiences. Because it assists us to get stronger in order to overcome
various problems in life. It also allows us to identify our strengths, weaknesses, as well as our hidden talents and
abilities. From my senior year of high school till now, I've learnt a variety of aspects and skills that I may utilize
in my daily life and, more importantly, in my future employment/profession. Many individuals have taught me
that "I must be sensible in making decisions, especially in my profession; I must evaluate my innate capacities
and skills in making a career option so that I can have a higher chance of reaching success and building the life I
have always desired." I am grateful to everyone who has been a part of my high school journey, especially those
who have stayed by my side and never let me down.

Processing Questions:
1. What are the five global trends that affect the global workforce? How can knowing them help you as a Grade
12 student?
 Technology, Globalization, Demographics and Diversity, Changing Workers’ Attitude and Values, and
Outsourcing. These demands open doors to numerous job opportunities today and in the future that can
help me for the future purposes.

2. How will lifelong learning help you succeed in life and career?
 It can help me understand how the world works. It can also help me realize my passions and boost my
creativity. Whatever it is that I’m interested in, it is one way to live a better life.

3. Do you agree with Heraclitus when he said, “the only thing that is constant is change”? Explain.
 Yes. Every day, whether it's a simple change in the weather, our schedule, or the predicted change of
seasons, we all encounter change. We are all affected by change, and we all deal with it in different
ways. This is the only constant in life, the only thing we can count on. Expecting change has given me
optimism in the face of difficult or unexpected life circumstances. This same thought has also made me
fearful in instances where change was the last thing I desired. I've realized that it's not the circumstances
or events that determine how my life will unfold, but how I respond to those changes and interruptions.
Whatever change we face, how we respond to it will have a lasting impact on our ability to live with it.

4. How will you implement the seven C’s of lifelong skills in your life and career?
 While learning new things and stepping out of old routines can be difficult at first, continuous learning
can help you acquire confidence, boost your self-esteem, and adapt to change more effectively. You
develop a strong understanding of who you are, what you have to provide, and what you can achieve
through learning.
