Sub: Complaint against non settlement of my Cashless Mediclaim

Under staff of the New India Assurance Co.Ltd by HITPA,
Licensed by IRDA and Authorised by the NIA Co.Ltd GIPSA.

Respected Sir,
With reference to the above, I most respectfully beg to inform you
that I am covered under the staff Mediclaim policy of NIA Co.Ltd. I was
hospitalized in KLE Hospital Belagavi for Kidney Transplant on 12/07/2022
and I had Kidney Transplant on 15/07/2022 by keeping Rs.1,85,000/- as cash
deposit against the Medical expenses incurred on Donor(my younger brother)
covered under the policy. I got discharged on 27/07/2022. Accordingly, KLE
Hospital has submitted my cashless medical bills to the HITPA Bangalore on
27/07/2022. The HITPA has not so far settled my cashless Mediclaim. In this
connection, I have called employees of HITPA Mr.Mohd Lateef on his mobile
no. 7428084150, Mr Puttaswamy on his mobile no. 9870221439, Dr
Raghavendra on his mobile no. 9717082795 and Mr. Manjunath on his mobile
no. 8448481069 but they are neither responding properly nor answering my
calls. Besides this, they are harassing me by delaying the settlement of claim.
Untill and unless my cashless Mediclaim is settled by HITPA, KLE Hospital
will not refund my cash deposit Rs.1,85,000/- kept against the Medical expenses
incurred on Donor. It has been 4 months since claim is pending with HITPA.
Hence I kindly request your goodselves to look into my greivences and
direct the concerned to expedite the settlement of my long-pending cashless
claim with the HITPA.
I hope your kindself will render me Justice as early as possible
