1. Why is Art ageless and timeless? (Please limit your answer to 5-7 sentences only.)

Answer:
The reason why art is timeless and ageless is generation makes everyone relatable. It doesn’t
matter to the people who loves art on what time or year art discovered or when it has been discovered
as long, they seen it. Every generation has own art, decades pass meaning to art to us is changing.
Ageless is creative process on how you express your self – expression. Everyone can do an art, even a
child can create a masterpiece. Art is considered timeless and ageless because even before people are
making an art to communicate on people until now. Also learning arts is ageless because art is part of
our life and art is everywhere.

2. How can you utilize arts to express yourself, your community, and your relation to others? (Please
limit your answer to 5-7 sentences only.)

Answer:
By doing arts you can get a peace and healing also arts can express what you feel, what’s
happening in community, and you can show the relation that you have to others. Art is having a big role
in our lives because of that many people can express what they feel in terms of music, theater, literature
etc. Also, art is part of our community by in painting artist express they emotions and pull from their
personal experiences that they viewed. Art also can make our relation to others grow because some of
us have same taste, experiences, feelings and emotions. Aside from those arts can express the culture
by using the local dance or musical instruments. Many artists expressing themselves by visual arts,
dance, writing, music. It is very powerful that even the people who sees art can feel the emotion that
the artists express in that art.
3. Analyze Leonardo da Vinci’s painting of ‘Mona Lisa’. Enumerate and explain four (4) elements and
three (3) principles of Visual Art that you can observe to the painting.

Answer:

Line – this art has curve line used to form face, hair and cloth.

Color – the painting is having a medium color its just has few colors on it and made by oil on
popular panel and feel the happiness nor sadness.

Shape – Leonardo uses organic shapes for the mountains in the backdrop.

Space – he uses in his painting a little bit space for both sides.

Balance – it has a balance color and the weight of both sides.

Emphasis – by the color it has a contrast that you can understand what the artist wants to say.

Movement – this artwork refers the direction of the viewing eye and any areas that
emphasized.

4. What is the relevance of combined arts in the twenty-first century? (Please limit your answer to 5-7
sentences only.)

Answer:

Arts both required expertise, skills, and talents so that they can finish the art perfectly.
Combined arts are changing according to what we want to discover or influences the others. Hybrid
artists are expressing a new area of expression and reflect the current happening and states of collective
mind. By combined arts in the 21 st century artists are improving in their creative thinking and skills by
doing an art. Also, in 21st century had a more tools for using in doing an artwork. It is relevance because
even before the artists is doing an artwork to express the feelings, emotion and experiences through
painting, music, dance, literature, poem etc. Until now art is important to our life because it helps some
people to heal and to have peace also to express their feelings through the kinds of art.
