Abstract:-
Today in present scenario the main prime question in everyone's mind is that into account
ever increasing issues. Particularly in case of handicapped people. For handicapped people
normal wheel-chair needs more effort to move the wheel-chair because it will use hands to move
the vehicle. In this project we are working to make it easier for people with different kinds of
disabilities such as disability with leg or one leg, also disability with two hands or one hand then,
our main motive that their wheel-chair can move with less effort. The main purpose of this
project is to make it useful, convenient and comfortable for such disability handicapped peoples.
In this project a conventional wheel-chair is modified into an electric scooter and new
perspective to use this technology for handicapped people easier to travel, like Electric scooter so
they can be feeling like travel on a bike.

We have observed that people with different disabilities feels hesitate to travel when they
want go outside whenever they want, every time they have to ask others for help. By
understanding this problem we are to designing an electric scooter using Smart control for
handicapped people.

The main motive of this project is to provide easy accessibility and travelling solution for
people with different disabilities, with the help of an electric scooter using Smart control give an
easy and comfortable solution for handicapped people.

 In this project to develop an electric scooter using smart control, we are using an electric
hub motor to run the scooter. An electric hub motor is connected by a handle to a normal
conventional wheel chair. The user can operate the scooter by using handle, joystick or by using
navigation keys. This all functions provided in the scooter, will help people with different kinds
of disabilities to operate the vehicle.

 An additional benefit of mobility scooters is their ability to make your day-to-day life
more comfortable, convenient and manageable.
 People with different kind of disabilities can easily operate the scooter.
 People with higher age can also be used.
 User can travel independently with very little help.
 It is an electric scooter, hence will not harm to nature.

 Less range
 Only suitable for short distance

Application
Smart control provides mobility solution for people with different disabilities, it means
person with any kind of disability can easily operate the vehicle.
