Introduce my Professional envelopment plan (PDP):

The PDP good strategy and it is working to help us developing and achieve our goals now and
in the future. Easily you can know and focus on your weakness that you want to develop in the
future during the teaching practice.

It’s important that you examine the strengths and weaknesses you have and you faced during the
TP and focus on how you can develop it to make sure you will not face it again.

The PDP here help us as a student teacher to focus on our goals that we want to follow and
develop in the future.

Me As a student teacher as much as I go to develop my goals before but now the PDP will help
me more to focus on some goals and weaknesses more because I will follow some steps that can
make me reach my goals in this time, and ss much as I focus on my goal that will make me reach
my goals and this will help me to be good teacher in the future

Justify your professional development goals for this semester.

I focused to written this professional development plan to make sure this will help me to achieve
my goals in the future. In my professional development plan I written four goals in details. The
first goal is social and Collaborative the second goal is Integration lessons and this one of the
importance goal that I want to achieve in the future, the thirds goal is creatin activities and the
last goal is time management. Moreover I write in details and explain each skills the action that I
will follow it to achieve all my goals.
To justify my PDP goals for this semester I want to reach five goals:

First Goal: Social and Collaborative

My first goal is to be more social and collaborative with all school society not only with my MST
and students. Me as a future teacher I have to build good environment with school society and
this will help me to learn more about my job and make me more professional.

Second Goal: Integration lessons.

My second goal is to work on improve integration lessons. Integration lessons is one of the
important lesson that the teacher have to do it and plan for it because its mix many subject in one
lesson by integration way, and this can be in the activities or in any part of the lesson. I have to
focused on this and to know more how can I integrate the lesson in creative and professional
way. I had many meetings with my MST working in how can I integrate the lesson and how I
can make it easy to the students to understand that they learn to subjects on one time.

Third Goal: Create activities

My third goal is my importance goal that I want to improve and achieve it in the future and it is
about create activities and make it more creative for the students, to make it interested to them.
At the begin of this TP I told my MST that I want her support to work on this and she help to
create my activity by my own and don't go back to google and this can be after chose the topic
and see the students level all these can help me to create my own activities and make it creative.

Fourth Goal: Time management.

My last goal is to work on time management and this include preparing for the lesson on time
and include the how to divide time for each part of the lesson and working on this can make
the lesson going well. Working on time management make everything going on the write way
and it helps me as a teacher to present all what I have during the lesson without miss any part
of the lesson.
