I sent an email after searching the company website.

● Where was your interview location?

It was an over the phone interview, so I used the office in the portables.

I did! I had planned out all the questions and information I would like to ask
and more.

This interview mostly covered the business aspect of engineering. As he
was a founder of the company, we discussed how he manages both the management and
engineering functions of his job. A comment that stood out to me was “if you take care of
your clients, the company will take care of itself.”

Poor satisfactory excellent exceptional

● Explain your rating of the interview:

While his field wasn’t exactly what I was looking into, I came out of it with all the
information I was looking for.
