Room Number 30 I, Aditya Raj, MBBS Phase 1 student and Pre-Clinical Representative; write to
you on behalf of the MBBS Phase 1 inmates at Chanakya Boys Hostel seeking
permission to go to the library after 10PM.

Our second Internal Assessment starts from 17th of September and it is a

crucial time for all of us to put our efforts into studying and nishing our syllabus.
The library provides an ideal atmosphere to achieve this, however due to our in
time being 10PM, we are unable to go there and utilise the facilities being
provided to us. Since we have classes till 5PM, we only have time from 6-8 in
the evening to study in the library as we have to go back to our hostels at 8 for
dinner. The extra 3 hours of self-studying post 9PM are crucial for a lot of us.
