Concept:
Fitness is the well-being of a person and determines the ability of his or her
body to perform well in work and leisure activities. A person can be considered fit if
he/she is free from diseases related to sedentary life and can accomplish a physical
activity without being tired.

Activity 1 – Fit to Fit

Direction: Write the physical activities listed below in the pyramid based on

the Philippine Physical Activity Pyramid.
