Wiring diagrams
Different models have different electrical terminals. Please wire specific model according to the wiring diagram of the products.

Installation
Direction set
Direct action: Clockwise rotation means open.
Counter clockwise rotation means close
Indirect Reaction: Clockwise rotation means close.
Counter clockwise rotation means open

1. As Pic01, turn the damper(value) to close position(ccw end)；

2. As Pic01, fix the installation plate according to the position in the drawing
3. As Pic02, buckle the device on the corresponding position of the installation plate
4. As Pic02, push in the connector(5Nm series connector is fixed on the actuator)
5. As Pic03, push the manual override button
6. As Pic03, turn the actuator to close position(ccw end)
7. As Pic03, screw to fix the connector with the spindle of damper(value)
8. As Pic04, if the spindle’s length is less than Ho(show in size drawing), the reverse way could be applied. The step is
1,2,4,6,7,5,3. 5Nm series don’t have this function
9. As Pic05, when apply the free connection, use a straight screw driver to push the terminals and install the cable into the hole.
5Nm series don’t have the field terminals.
10. As Pic06, open the blue rubber cover. When POWER OFF, push the inside manual button to operate the actuator manually.
After releasing the button and restoring the power, the actuator will restore to electrically drive. When POWER OFF, turn
the button to change between direct and indirect operation.

Cautions
1. The damper actuator cannot be used in the places which are not the specified application, especially in aircraft and its related
fields.
2. Assembly must be carried out by trained and experienced technician.
3. The device can only be opened by the manufacturer. The product does not contain any parts which can be replaced or
repaired by any user.
4. The cable can not be removed from the device.
5. When calculating the required torque, the specifications supplied by manufacturers (cross section, design & installation site)
& the air flow conditions must be observed.
6. The device contains electrical & electronic components which are not allowed to be disposed as household refuse.
7. The assemble surface should NOT be sprayed.
8. Manual/AUTO operation and rotation direction change, should be operated when POWER OFF. Otherwise it will
damage the actuator.
Warranty
● It has limited warranty for eighteen (18) months after the production date.
● It does not extend to any unit that has been subjected to misuse or accident.
● It is, in any event, strictly limited to the replacement or repair of the product itself.
