ACKNOWLEDGMENT RECEIPT AND PROMISSORY NOTE

I, Willy Sal, of legal age, married, and with address at Curuan, Zamboanga City,
acknowledge receipt from Spouses Mark Anthony L. Kar and Fha A. Kar, both of legal age,
married, and with address at San Roque, Zamboanga City, of the amount of One Hundred
Fifty Thousand Pesos (P150,000.00) covering the sale of a parcel of land covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title (TCT) No. CARP2014222276, a copy of which is attached herein, forming
an integral part of this Acknowledgment Receipt, and which said amount represents full
payment for the purchase of the same.

Further, and in exchange of the foregoing money received from said Spouses Mark
Anthony L. Kar and Fha A.Kar, I promise to turn over to them the Owner’s Duplicate
Original of said TCT No. CARP2014222276 and any and all supplemental ownership
documents and any and all ownership rights relative to said parcel of land covered by TCT
No. CARP2014222276 as soon as practicable, but in no case later than 21 November 2022.

Any deviance from or non-fulfillment of the aforementioned conditions entitles the

Spouses Mark Anthony L. Kar and Fha A.Kar to jointly or severally demand back from me,
Willy Sal, the paid amount of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P150,000.00), and said
Spouses likewise reserve their rights to pursue any legal and judicial remedies available to
them in relation to the same.
