1.0 INTRODUCTION
Our company’s name is You Matter Therapy Solution. This company starts its
operation on January 2021 and it based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The purpose of
this company is to give consultations and help people who have difficulty to handle
their problems and people who faced mental health disorders. People can find this
company through Instagram, phone number, Email and walk into our premises. This
company consists of 4 members, each of us have different roles and responsibilities.

1. Maizatul Nazuha binti Saadon

Roles: Project Manager

Responsibilities: Responsible for overall project planning and implementation as

well as day-to-day operations. A project manager is also in charge of project design
and management. Then, managers also must understand the capabilities and
limits of hardware and software. Managers are responsible for assuring people and
organizational skills. Finally, managers must communicate information between
the team and the client.

2. Nurin Hannani binti Halimi

Roles: Multimedia Writer

Responsibilities: Responsible for creating characters, actions, point of view and

interactivity. Multimedia writer in charge of creating ideas and test screens. They
also script voice-overs and actors’ narrations.

3. Syamimi Farhana binti Abdul Karim

Roles: Video Specialist

Responsibilities: Responsible for delivering video files through CD, DVD or the
internet. They also know how to shoot high-quality video and transmit it to a

 computer. The Video Specialist is in charge of editing the footage into a final
product using a digital nonlinear editing system (NLE).

4. Alia Zaidah binti Zainurrizam

Roles: Multimedia Designer

Responsibilities: Responsible for graphics designers, illustrators, animators and

image processing professionals who work with visuals to make the project
appealing and aesthetically pleasing. Multimedia designers need a variety of skills.
They also act as instructional designers, ensuring that the subject matter is
presented clearly to the intended audience. Following that, multimedia designers
serve as interface designers, who create the navigational paths and content maps.
Lastly, multimedia designers are information designers who arrange information,
identify user paths and feedback and select presentation media.

2.0 PROJECT BACKGROUND

Almost half a million Malaysian are found to be experiencing symptoms of stress or

depression, according to the National Health and Morbidity Survey (NHMS) 2019. In
the survey, 424 000 children suffer from mental health problems. Half of mental
disorders begin to be detected by the age of 14 and three-quarters of them in their mid-
20s. Mental health disorders are a problem that everyone must take seriously.
Uncontrolled mental health disorders can lead to various unwanted incidents and
problems such as harming oneself or others, suicide attempts and others. The Ministry
of Health (MOH) has recorded 465 cases of attempted suicide between January and
June 2020 due to mental health problems. As an initiative to prevent the incidents,
people who faced mental health problems must always be given guidance for them to
control and overcome it.

Counselling and consultation sessions are the best approach which can help them
to overcome any problems in their daily life. Your Matter Therapy Solution’s main
objectives is to help people who suffer from mental health problems. This company
provides counselling and consultation with our experienced counsellor. After
registering, everyone will meet with the counsellor who can provide consultation based
on the mental health problems that they faced. Further appointment will be scheduled
with the same counsellor until they are believed to have recovered from the mental
health disorders and are able to overcome any problems in their daily life.

Our application was created as an initial step for patients to identify the mental
health disorders they are facing. This application also was created to facilitate
appointment schedule between patients and our counsellors by referring the data in the
application.

The project's aims were as follows:

1. Raise public awareness about the importance of mental health promotion and
prevention for adolescents and young people.
2. To initiate and support mental health promotion programmers addressing topics of
particular importance among adolescents and young people.
3. Identifying, clarifying, and categorizing examples of good efforts in member
countries;

4. To organize the exchange of knowledge and experience in the member countries
on mental health promotion;
5. Encourage the general diffusion of transnational projects and experiences;

Our target audience is among students as most of them many face mental illness but
secretly hide it. 50% of mental health problems are established by age 14 and 75% by
age 24.

browsing to obtain further information.
⚫ Phone - Contacting members of the group and filming for the video project.

⚫ WhatsApp - Contacting group members to inquire about the project's progress.

⚫ Adobe Illustrator - Industry-standard vector graphics software.
⚫ Adobe Premiere Pro - Leading video editing software
⚫ Adobe Animate - 2D animation software
⚫ Audacity - Recording, editing, mixing audio clips, applying effects, communicating
with audio files, and other tasks
