It is our earnest desires to serve and impact our knowledge, experiences and capabilities
to the fullest to other school to improve its academic performance. May I have the honor to
apply for swapping from Guinsiliban Elementary School of the District of Candoni, Division of
Negros Occidental to Sum ag Elementary School, Division of Bacolod, hence consider this
application.

I, ROBINA P. PAJAROPO, Teacher I of Guinsiliban Elementary School appealing to your good

office to grant my request for swapping for the following reasons:

1. I am a bonafide resident of La Carlota City.

2. I have been teaching in Guinsiliban Elementary School, District of Candoni,Division of
Negros Occidental for almost five (5) years. I have gained a lot of insights, knowledge
and experiences in teaching.
3. This transfer would surely enhance my efficiency in my profession. I will be more
productive and effective teacher if my station is near to my residence. Thus, I can save
time and money.
4. MR. ERIC D. GUITA, Teacher I of Sum-ag Elementary School, married, a resident of
Candoni is the only teaching personnel in the Division of Bacolod who is willing to swap
with me. Furthermore, he wants to improve and develop himself more professionally
with the new working environment and to be stationed to the school close to his
residence.

I earnestly hope that your good office will give due consideration and favourable action. I
know that the welfare of teachers is primary concern of your good office.
