GOALS/OBJECTIVES: This activity aims to

1. To improve the level of attainment of the prescribed learning competencies.
2. To enhance the Mathematical abilities of learners.
3. To fully prepare the learners for transition to their next level.
IMPLEMENTING UNIT/AGENCIES: Mathematics Department

OVERVIEW/RATIONALE:
The Department of Education issued D.O No.125, series 2022 titled Implementing
Guidelines on the Conduct of Remedial and Advancement Classes During Summer
for the K to 12 Basic Education Program) to help schools bridge and address the
learnings gaps brought by the sudden pedagogical shift due to the pandemic.
Result of the Numeracy Ability Test conducted simultaneously in the entire division
last June 13,2022 to June 17,2022 showed that almost all students need major
support. This means that the numerical result where below 74% in almost all
Mathematical skills.
This Project P.R.I.M.E will be one of the Learning and Recovery Plan of Bato
National High School to address this low result in the performance of learners in
Mathematics. Learners shall be provided with additional learning opportunities
through tutorials, mentoring, coaching, games and other ways of delivering
differentiated and organized learning experience This is a Remedial Class to be
conducted in all grade levels this coming July 25,2022 to August 12,2022. Teachers
who will conduct summer classes will earn not more than 15 Days Service Credits.
