1. Pakistan WAPDA Foundation Lahore, a transformer reclamation organization
invites sealed bids from Importers and Manufacturers / firms registered with OGRA,
Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for the supply of New Transformer Oil as
detailed below.

2. Bidding Documents which are containing detailed terms and conditions, method
of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, Bid Money, bid validity and
performance guaranty, delivery period etc. are available for interested bidders at
Office of Managing Director PWF), 1st Floor, Haleem Plaza, 10-Temple Road,
Lahore. Price of the bidding documents is Rs.1,000/- Non-refundable). Bidding
documents can be purchased through Pay Order of Rs.1,000/- in favour of Pakistan
WAPDA Foundation, Haleem Plaza, 10-Temple Road, Lahore. Interested firms must
enclose Copy of their GST / NTN registration, OGRA license alongwith the Tenders
request / application vide their original Letter Head Pad.
3. Earnest / Bid Money (Refundable) while participating in Tenders will be 2% in
shape of Pay Order in the name of Pakistan WAPDA Foundation, Haleem Plaza
10-Temple Road, Lahore.
4. The bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents
must reach at Office of Managing Director PWF), Haleem Plaza, 10-Temple Road,
Lahore on Due Dates at 11:15 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:45 AM.
